Ob beim Baden in kristallklarem Wasser im fußläufigen See, beim Radfahren & Wandern in den herrlichen Wäldern oder Faulenzen im großen Garten - der perfekte Ort für eine Auszeit!

Old Gardener’s House – a waterside paradise

The former gardener’s house, originally built in 1710, is nestled in the stunning natural landscape of the picturesque Holsteinische Schweiz, directly on the Schwentine River, one of Schleswig-Holstein’s longest rivers. In 2025, the house was lovingly restored with meticulous attention to detail. The result is a true gem situated directly opposite Schleswig-Holstein’s oldest manor estate. The surrounding landscape of lakes, fields, forests, and gentle hills lends the area its captivating charm.

Die Ferienwohnung auf Gut Rodenberg befindet sich auf einem 2 ha großen parkähnlichen Gelände mit Natur-Badeteich und Fluss "Stepenitz" . Wohnung im separaten Teil der großen Scheune mit Blick auf den Schwimmteich. Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, gemütlicher Sofaecke, Esstisch-Gruppe und Küchenzeile mit Geschirrspüler. Im OG : 1. Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, 2. . Kinderzimmer (2 Betten)sowie Bad mit Dusche, Badewanne und WC. Im UG. gibt es eine zweite Toilette. Hunde nur auf Anfrage !!!

Scharbeutz 1st row at lake house with garden

Herzlich willkommen in unserem traumhaft gelegenen Ferienhaus direkt in 1. Reihe am Großen Pönitzer See in Scharbeutz. Es gibt eine private Treppe zum See, so dass ihr direkt vor der Tür im See schwimmen oder Stand-up paddeln könnt. Abends genießt ihr den Sonnenuntergang über dem See in eurem nicht einsehbaren 400qm-Garten auf der Sonnenliege oder am Grill. Zu den Stränden der Lübecker Bucht (Scharbeutz, Haffkrug...) sind es nur ca. 5 Min. mit dem Auto oder ca. 12 Min. mit dem Rad.

Very bright and modern wooden house with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with sauna, an alcove and sofa bed in the living room, open kitchen, fireplace, covered terrace with lake view, fenced garden with barbecue, rowing boat and 4 bicycles. The bathing and fishing lake with sandy beach and sunbathing lawn is only about 80 steps away, bathing bays for dogs only a few minutes' walk.

After a day at the lake, just 100 meters away, which you can explore by boat or SUP, the sauna provides soothing relaxation.

Jump into the water. The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a sauna. As well as a large living area and kitchen. Smart TV and 290 Mbit Internet. On the terrace you can relax and look at the lake. Bicycles can be rented to explore the surrounding area.

Welcome to our newly built vacation home in the municipality of Scharbeutz on the Baltic Sea. The house is quietly and idyllically located in a cul-de-sac and offers plenty of space for up to four people with about 110 m² of living space, a fenced garden and a covered terrace. We built the house anew in 2025 and furnished it with a lot of love for detail and are now looking forward to guests who appreciate this place exactly as we do.

Thatched boathouse

Detached single boathouse directly on Schweriner Ziegelaußensee for two people. The house has direct lake access with two large, furnished terraces and a balcony to the water. It is modernly equipped with TV and infrared radiators. A separate bathroom with shower, vanity unit and toilet is available. The kitchen has an induction stovetop, a microwave with oven and a dishwasher. Parking is of course also available.
