Our home, known as the Factory, is located in a quiet neighborhood 0.3 miles from Downtown Prescott where an 8 min walk gives you access to the riverfront including restaurants, shops, marina and beaches but provides enough distance to limit the disruptive train and nightlife noise. This 1920s machine shop has been completely renovated into a duplex where you will enjoy the one bedroom lower unit (street level) with a well-stocked kitchen, open living space, in unit laundry, and outdoor patio.

Relax at this peaceful, private suite with a hot tub. Over 800 sq. ft. of living area including 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, full bath including large shower with jets. In April 2023 we added a kitchenette with sink, fridge microwave, toaster. We don’t have a stove inside, but you have access to an outdoor gas grill. Property backs onto the Buffalo River so you can enjoy a walk along the river’s edge. Also included is the use of the fire pit, patio furniture and hot tub weather permitting.
