Family-friendly holiday rentals in Redding

This was an amazing family trip. The house is right on the lake and there were deer every morning. Lori was very helpful and had everything laid out for us.

This house was amazing, one of the best Airbnb's I've stayed at. It had everything you could possibly want in a lakeside getaway. The space and layout was perfect for two families of for with young kids. Given all the amenities included, it was a great value and super easy to relax and enjoy the location. Lori was a great host too, always responsive and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed the well equipped deck for all dinners and was able to stay warm on cooler nights with the heat lamps. The hot tub was a great location, away from other houses; it was also very clean. Kitchen was fully equipped and well stocked (had the sharpest knives!) I appreciated all the little details that made the house amazing...from custom local artwork to the fully loaded welcome basket. We will be back again!

Loris, place is beyond amazing! I’ve stayed at plenty of Air B&B’s but this one stood out by far! From the prestine home to the beautifull outdoors and nature it is truely a breathtaking view and stay. The lake, the hot tub, nature, cleanliness, the kitches, the amenities , and everything in between make Lori’s place a true and unbelievable experience! Dont hesitate to book or reach out to Lori for she is responsive and has a great home!

We had a great stay at this mid-century home in Redding. The place was clean, comfortable, and had a cool retro vibe that made it feel unique. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the backyard was a nice bonus for relaxing in the evenings. The location was quiet but still close to stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Loris, place is beyond amazing! I’ve stayed at plenty of Air B&B’s but this one stood out by far! Rhonda was a wonderful host and her home was a great find for the price. She met us for check-in and helpfully explained everything we might need to know about the house. The bedrooms were comfortable, the home was well maintained, and we really appreciated how well the AC was working after a long day of driving. Rhonda provided coffee beans and does not require guests to clean before leaving, which were both nice bonuses! I would absolutely stay here again if I was going back to Redding.

During a 10-day road trip, we spent 3 nights in Darlene’s wonderful rental unit in Redding. She is an excellent host who made us feel very welcome. The rental unit is great, and has everything needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay, including cookware, dishes, coffeemaker, etc., and the bed is extremely comfortable. Darlene is very communicative, and responds quickly to inquiries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and look forward to a return visit!

Kristin’s place is a relaxing, organized, clean and comfortable stay. The home is on a quiet street lined with big trees in a peaceful neighborhood. Everything was clean and well organized. The home felt cheery, warm and inviting. We had so much fun in the pool, looking through old records (for the record player), eating dinner outside on the porch, and watching movies on the sofa and comfortable chairs. I wish we could have spent the whole summer there! In my opinion, the only things to keep in mind is the pool is not fenced in. So if you have littles, you may need to keep a close eye on them. And conveniently there are lifejackets/puddle jumpers in the closet in one of the bedrooms. And if anyone visiting has impaired mobility, there is a ramp from the garage to the garage door to avoid entering by stairs through the front door. And the back porch has a ramp to the pool area but it feels a bit unstable and hopefully will be repaired soon. Hope that info helps! 💛

Our family loved this place so much. It was very cozy and relaxing. The scenery of the mountains and river was beautiful. Definitely a place I would love to come back and visit again.

great place to stay and for all who ride dirt bikes you cant find anything better we are all very happy with this place and plan on making it an annual event.

We had a quick overnight stay for a midway stop to our destination. I wish we could have stayed longer! Kurt and Marie’s place was beautiful and very well-kept. We had a lovely time in the backyard laying by the pool. The hosts were very welcoming. We would definitely come back!
