Private suite holiday rentals in Redding

The space was quiet, spotless, and felt very private—even though it’s an addition to the main house. It was also in a convenient location, just about a 10-minute drive from everything we wanted to do in the area. The host was incredibly responsive and even let us check in early, which was a lifesaver in the heat. No issues at all during our stay. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Redding!

It’s an amazing place in a very peaceful area equipped with everything you will need for a vacation. A little bummer is that the pool is not too clean during our stay.

It was blistering hot in Redding, 104 when we arrived. They had the air conditioning set and running comfortably when we arrived. What a relief after 6 hours of driving!

My stay with Brian and Amaryah was exceptional. From the very beginning, they were attentive, kind, and always willing to help. The place was spotless, very cozy, and just as shown in the photos. You could tell they put care into every detail to make guests feel at home. The location was perfect and the atmosphere very peaceful. I would definitely recommend staying with them and wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Thank you for such a pleasant experience!

The accommodation was absolutely lovely. It's in a peaceful location with a beautifully landscaped garden and a pool. We received a warm welcome, and everything about the place was explained to us in detail. We would have loved to stay longer — a place we can definitely recommend if you're visiting Redding!

Wonderful spot was a perfect home base as we explored the region's myriad waterfalls. The bathroom with the jacuzzi tub plus great shower was the highlight!!

Lysen’s place is always a wonderful place to stay and highly recommend it. She is very responsive and nice and her pace is very clean. We have stayed a few times and I look forward to staying again. It feels like a home away from home.

Great location and plenty of space. Fresh and clean feeling. Lots of options on the TV to watch at the end of the day. The space has remote control lighting, so you don’t have to get out of bed to turn the lights off. That was nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Not far from downtown. I did a quick overnight with my daughter. We didn't need much so it worked well for us. Glad to have access to laundry and a small kitchen as needed. For us, the location put us minutes away from what we had come to do so that was helpful. Very cute and tidy.

Stayed for the night! It was a great experience 🥰 all her bathroom goodies were awesome!! If you forget anything she gots it covered was pretty cool. I would stay again.

Great space, cute and private. It had a small dinette area and everything you need. Small fridge, dishes, utensils, Keurig and coffee pods, etc The linens were clean and smelled great (I’m picky) :) Huge smart TV. Overall, great value for the space. Very sweet family. Thanks for having me.

Steve and Debra are great hosts and very responsive. It was my first time staying at a B&B so I was a little nervous about which one to book. I was happy I booked with them. When I arrived, I saw that it was exactly what was shown in the photos. It was very clean and private, had a good parking location and overall very comfortable. I am glad I found this B&B and recommend it for anyone wanting a clean, private and nice studio with nice hosts.

My sister and I traveled to Redding to visit our sick grandparents, it was a trip we wernt looking forward too due to the circumstances…but honestly coming home to this rental was what we needed. Clean, quiet, and just what we needed to decompress from our day. I would highly recommend staying here, Marc was a great host.
