Definetly recommend. Had a lot of stuff for cooking which was awesome, and overall a very nice home!

Loved this little gem! The pool and hot tub were big winners for our kids. The host was very responsive and flexible when our check in was delayed due to the previous renters late checkout. We ran into a few small issues and the hosts were extremely responsive and responded same day if they could. Super close to the river running path, Turtle Bay, not far at all from downtown, and there’s a small park just around the corner with a great play area. We were very thankful to call this place home for a couple of weeks in the great weather.

We had such a lovely stay here. The home was so beautiful and the kids lived in the pool. So peaceful sitting out back with the waterfall flowing into the pool and the kids swinging in the backyard. So much space in the kitchen and the beds were all very comfortable. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time staying at the house. The kids and adults both loved the pool and the heat. Everything as described and would happily stay again!

This house was perfect to accommodate our family’s visit to the Redding area for a wedding! We loved the quiet neighborhood and the house met all our needs for a nice space to relax and visit during a hot temperature weekend! The game room was a big hit with our young grandsons! Would definitely stay again!

Rebecca was very communicated very nice and answered all my questions prior to me booking when I had questions I would message her and she would reply very quickly. It’s such a beautiful house and beautiful places to stay highly recommend it. I came for a gateway to get out of Nevada we’ll definitely recommend it

Similar to another guest I was a little nervous about having a shared back yard/pool but it wasn’t a problem at all. I stayed here on a trip with my 3 teenagers. The house had everything needed and the beds were comfortable. I especially appreciated the large quantity of towels available. So convenient. And plenty of hot water. The yard is really pretty, and the fruit trees make it feel like a country oasis.

Our stay with Rue was fantastic! Honestly the photos don't do it justice, the pool was a lot bigger than it looked. Great place to do exactly what they advertised, play, rest, repeat. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Nathan and Hillary were great hosts and had good communication throughout our stay. The location was great and the neighborhood was very quiet. The home had plenty of room and was exactly what we were looking for. the pool area was beautiful and we spent a lot of time there as it was over 100 degrees! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. 5 Stars — Peaceful, Beautiful, and Perfectly Located! My friends and I stayed at Ann’s Airbnb while attending a conference at Bethel, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The home was peaceful, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and cared for. The location was ideal—just 2 minutes from Bethel—which made getting to and from the conference incredibly easy and convenient. Ann was a gracious and thoughtful host—kind, responsive, and full of warmth. You can truly feel the care she puts into creating a welcoming space. David’s place is great. Has everything you need to feel right at home even with a dog. We did lots of fun outdoor activities in the area and enjoyed the hot tub. He was a responsive host and easy to communicate with. The views are amazing and the train - which I thought might be kind of annoying when making the booking - was actually really cool to roll through when it did. Charmin toilet paper - this is a first for me with Airbnb. Nice touch. Only thing that would have been something to improve upon is a heated pool as it was quite cold but I wasn’t expecting heat so that’s ok. Thanks David.

This was our second time staying at Taylor's place while visiting family in Redding. Great location being close to restaurants, shopping & grocery stores. A short drive to the Sundial Bridge & Turtle Bay. Very roomy & comfortable. Would stay there again. Not sure what's up with the 'For Sale' sign in front of the unit.

Friendly and proactive host. The house is well maintained, with an equipped kitchen, including e.g., air fryer and a nice outdoor pool.

We had a great stay at this mid-century home in Redding. The place was clean, comfortable, and had a cool retro vibe that made it feel unique. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the backyard was a nice bonus for relaxing in the evenings. The location was quiet but still close to stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful home, perfect location. Easy, clean, kind, and relaxing. Totally recommend for a simple and comfortable place to stay. The washer and dryer was nice to be able to use also.

The house itself is nice and spacious, but be aware: although the listing said it fits 8 guests, the base price only includes 6 — and we were charged extra fee for a 7-year-old who shared our bed. This wasn’t clearly stated during booking, only deep in the house rules. After we raised the issue, the host even changed the listing from 8 to 6 guests, which felt unfair. Also, while the house is overall good with comfy beds, the kitchen was a bit dirty inside the cabinets, and all plates were chipped.

Cute and cozy, well decorated. The outdoor tub with fairy lights outside was a delight.

Great home in a very private setting with nice views. House is in great shape and has all the amenities listed. Host provides lots of great recommendations and is very responsive. Would definitely rent this place again. Highly recommend!!

This house was luxurious, the views were spectacular, the accommodations were super comfortable, the linens were so soft and smelt Devine. The inside and outside entertainment areas were furnished beatifully. Our kiddos had a blast going back and forth between the pool and the game room, with the movie theater style popcorn and PS5. The layout was designed with family's in mind! We definitely recommend this home to anyone who wants a private Oasis all to themselves..
