Highly recommended! Ideal accommodation to explore Parma and its surroundings, especially if you arrive by car (accommodation located outside the ZTL and free parking nearby - at the bottom of the building if you are lucky or in the neighborhood a few minutes walk away, many very good shops nearby and center easily accessible on foot in 25 minutes). The neighborhood is quiet and residential, authentic immersion with the locals. Spacious accommodation, very clean, comfortable bedding, as described, where you feel very good! We really enjoyed our stay at Alberto's house. The park is beautiful and the house very comfortable and well-equipped. Alberto is charming and always attentive to make sure our stays go smoothly. The house is close to Bologna and around the house there are beautiful walks.

We were two families with a total of 5 small children. The terrace, which can be locked, is great for the children to play alone for a moment. The accommodation is great for several parties, as the rooms are all distributed and all have their own bathroom. Tim and his mother were always very polite and helpful when we needed something.

Nearby are several hiking trails, perfect for exploring the surrounding nature. Sergio and his wife were exceptional hosts: kind, helpful and never intrusive. Elena's house is simply fantastic. A modern farmhouse with all the comforts in a Wow valley in the Tuscan Emilian Apennines. My partner and her family spent the Christmas holidays here, and we couldn't have chosen a better place. Comfortable house, a delightful countryside with incredible peace and a breathtaking view. Elena was always present and super helpful in every question or need, and gave our family a moment that we will take for many years.

My group of friends and I stayed in the beautiful home of Andrea and his parents for 1 night, but we felt right at home. Andrea and her parents were very kind, helpful and in company. The place was clean, well cared for, and the kitchen was super stocked! The area is very quiet, ideal for getting away from the daily routine in the city. Highly recommended!!

Everything perfect for an overnight stay on the trip to the south, unfortunately we had no time for the city, so I can't judge the location in this regard, but it was perfect for a stopover! In addition, baker and coffee bar around the corner, also a small supermarket, the accommodation itself is great for families! Everything you need is there, enough space, everything nice and clean! We felt very comfortable!

Very large and spacious apartment, just a 8-15 min bike ride to the city center. There are also a great restaurant and gelateria just a couple mins walk from the place.
