Beachfront holiday rental in Região dos Lagos

Very well equipped, clean and beautiful. Spectacular view. The building is always in perfect condition. The receptionists are all very friendly and decisive. The location is excellent, 5/10 minutes from the center on foot and 5 minutes on foot from Praia dos Ossos and Azeda, 10 minutes on foot from Joao Fernández. Very nice area for walking, full of restaurants, markets, pharmacies and bars. We would definitely come back!

The stay at Phil's house was excellent! Starting with the location in a quiet area with a spectacular beach a doorman away listening to the noise of the waves, the pool, the games for the children and adults, the bathrooms practically that in every bedroom, the friendliness of Luana and Patricia in the administration of cleaning and cooking, added to Phil's prompt willingness to help us with anything, made our experience fabulous. It was an incredible vacation. If Dios wants we'll come back soon!

Excellent location. The most central of Praia do Forte. Good rooms, one with a balcony and a side view of the sea. Good internet. Good kitchen. Easy garage to get in and out. From 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., another entrance even closer to the beach is available, just intercom to the entrance.

Beautiful house and very comfortable. I would come back anyway , aside it was my wedding and we were just a few steps away from where this beautiful celebration was.

The accommodation is amazing, with an excellent location, just a few minutes from the center, and with easy access to the Azeda, Azedinha and João Fernandes beaches. The sunset seen from the accommodation is simply spectacular. We highly recommend it! It's really worth it. The host was super receptive and attentive, as well as all the staff, who were very polite and helpful!

Great! It delivers what it promises. They even offer to put a portable crib in for you. Calm and family environment, beach in front, wonderful pool. Everything clean and organized. I will definitely return with my family.

The house is a spectacle. Inside the beach literally. Wonderful place. We rent as a birthday present for my daughter. She loved it. The host was very communicative, the homemade Toquinho was also very kind and helpful. We love everything. We hope to return soon.

Since our first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well oriented and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathic and helped us with her experience and brought safety. The accuracy of the ad, the quiet days in the condominium, the good cost-effectiveness of the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the Apt made all the difference. We did not cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend hosting Renata and Tiago. And that if you're afraid to travel with your children, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.

I'll start by saying that the photos are misleading. In person, the house is 10x better. I regretted not having stayed longer. Clean, organized house, all necessary utensils available. The house is very well managed by Eliane. I'll be back for sure. Maria is to be congratulated on the house.

We were very well received by Rose! Very attentive and did everything to make us feel at home and promptly responded to our requests. Rose is a 10!! The location of the house is excellent. And we were very lucky because the condominium was empty when we arrived. This meant a lot of tranquility. With the condominium full, I believe we would have less privacy. We spent 5 very pleasant days! Thank you!

Place is outstanding. We go to Buzios 3+ times/yr from San Diego for 25 years. Had been renting another home nearby this one (since the views anywhere on the mountain/hill ridges here and above Praia Joao Fernandez are best in Buzios, IMHO) & want to have another "go to" home so we decided to try Poul's. We'll be back!! Noteworthy about this home (if you're American and worried about safety -- welll, as Americans frequently are) is that it's in a 6-home "closed condominium" . . meaning a 'secure-code gated community'. The word "condominium" does NOT translate in Brazilian portuguese to the the American "condominium" (which means an "apartment(s)" in Amer. english. So don't be confused when seeing that word here. Means 'gated community'. So if safety is an issue for you (and frankly it shouldn't be) then this home being in a "gated community" is great. Also the 6-home pool ajoins Poul's villa so it feels like it's "yours" & plenty big enough for early laps & exercise (biggest + !!)

The house is charming! The ideal place to relax: quiet place, very clean, well decorated and structured house. Near the house there is a market with bakery (you can walk). The communication with Gustavo was very fluid and when we stayed, a gold team helped us with small details: Romário, Vânia and his mother (who is an excellent cook). We only have to thank and we hope to return next year!

Beautiful house, all clean and with an incredible look. The fact that it has 05 suites is great, as it brings comfort and privacy to guests, in addition to being well equipped and having breathtaking views. The outdoor area is just like the photos with a pool-beach, functional furniture and a barbecue with all the skewers and grills. Apart from the infrastructure, Bruno was a great host, always proactive and available in case of questions. The employee Lindaci is a sweetheart. I hope to come back more often.

Everything is spectacular, the house is beautiful, super quiet, we loved being surrounded by nature. Rafael, who welcomed us and saw us off, is a genius, always very attentive, always very willing to do what we needed. It far exceeded expectations! Although it is somewhat isolated from the city (I rented it) the loft is worth every penny. Extremely quiet place, you wake up and sleep with the sound of the sea! The hydromassage is another strong point, if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing place, this is the place! To check-in and checkout was also very easy to do. I will definitely return again!!!!

The house is perfect for relaxing and disconnecting, the backyard has a great space for pets and children! The space is very organized, clean and has everything you need and the neighborhood is very quiet. We have enjoyed a lot of dry beach and we will definitely return! 💖

My experience at Casa Athens was excellent! The house is exactly like in the pictures — spacious, well-equipped, clean and very cozy. A highlight aside is the wonderful view of the balcony, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. In addition, the Host was very considerate, helpful, and always available to help with any questions. I highly recommend the stay and undoubtedly I will return on an upcoming visit to Arraial do Cabo!

The place is magic, simply a spectacle. The best descriptions do not represent the beauty and peace of the place. Fatima is an incredible and always attentive human being. It was a gift to know her. Our stay was wonderful, we enjoyed a magic week in this special corner. We'll be back again and again for sure. What we took in the bag on the return were memories and anxiety to return as soon as possible.

Fantastic location, the view is incredible! Had everything necessary for our stay, would definitely recommend to have a car for moving around and getting the keys for check in!

The view of the house is spectacular, it feels like a dream to wake up, open the curtains of the room and come across the sea view. The house is well equipped with several utensils in the kitchen. The bed was comfy and the bathrooms, although small, were very beautiful. Access to the site is complicated, but well worth it. The host is extremely helpful and easy to contact. I can't wait to get back.
