The house has an approx. 500m² green area, living room, 4 bedrooms, bathroom with shower stall, 2 kitchens, one of which is an open concept with a barbecue and sink. The house's private outdoor area features a huge lawn, swimming pool, lake, lakeside deck and garage. Great location! 5-minute walk to the village beach, 7 minutes to downtown Saquarema and 9 minutes to the bus station. Bathtub not included. We do not offer bedding.

Nosso cantinho é próprio pra quem está buscando uma vida simples, longe de qualquer aglomeração, onde a natureza é sua melhor companhia. Uma pequena mata, um fogão a lenha, um café de chaleira, uma rede na varanda , e uma piscina para refrescar.
