Our experience was amazing! I and my family love the stay. The house is very well taken care of, it was impeccably clean and organized. We were very welcome and felt at home from the very first moment. We recommend with eyes closed!

I want to thank the host Marco, always attentive to the reservation, and brother Edgar, who welcomed us with great sympathy and great tips about the region. The house is super equipped, with everything working, quality bed and bath linens, and extremely clean. It is in a beautiful, quiet and well-kept condominium, with impeccable gardens. The pool area is wonderful, with crystal clear water and a large outdoor space with a barbecue. The location is excellent: one corner from a quiet beach and less than 10 minutes' drive from Rua das Pedras. Easy access, quiet road and with restaurants and markets nearby that you can walk to. It was a perfect stay, I will definitely return with my friends. I highly recommend it!

The description is accurate, the location is good and quiet, the house is comfortable. I would only add an air conditioner to the 2nd bedroom. There are facilities nearby to buy basic things, the beaches are 15-20 minutes away by car. There were 3 adults and two children and we were comfortable. Thales was attentive and always answered. We would definitely go back to this stay.

Mari is very flexible and helpful from the first contact, she responds quickly, which was even decisive in choosing the house. The house is great, corresponding to the listing. Our stay was great! The house was very clean, very comfortable environment for our group (16 people) Very attentive homemade. We received the nomination to hire Vitória for us to assist in the kitchen, and the food was excellent! The only point that might bother you a little bit is the smell, at times of the day that comes from the lagoon. We'll be back for sure!!!

The stay at Arthur's house was simply FORMIDABLE. For the second time we chose this paradise to be with our family. Excellent. Another unforgettable weekend here in this house. We've already stayed in other homes, but the big difference here is Arthur and all the care and affection as a host. Just to understand, cake, jujube to receive and FLOWERS on Mother's Day Sunday.. Our stay in Arraial do Cabo was absolutely perfect! The apartment was beautiful—clean, spacious, and very safe. It’s located right on the water with stunning views and even has a private entrance to the beach, which made the experience feel extra special and relaxing. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, and was flexible with our check-in time, which we really appreciated. Everything about the stay exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a peaceful and picturesque getaway in Arraial do Cabo, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay! The house exceeded all our expectations! Besides being beautiful, comfortable and impeccably clean, what we loved most was the outdoor space: spacious, well-kept and full of options for all ages. My children had a lot of fun and so did we, the place is super quiet, great for relaxing and enjoying every moment. This external part was all thought out with great affection, which made all the difference in our experience. We thank the host for the reception and care in every detail. We will definitely return and recommend it without hesitation!

The accommodation is just as described or better. The hostess greeted us when we arrived and immediately responded to all messages. The place is a very nice, very well organized and safe gated condominium. It's close to Dunas do Pero beach, for me the best in Cabo Frio. The house's facilities are all in perfect condition and well-equipped. The best thing is the heated pool. I would definitely go back to Cabo Frio. I wouldn't look for another place to stay. I would go straight back to Simone and Fernando's house

The house is beautiful! It has an incredible view and a great space. It is in an extremely quiet and family-friendly condominium. We love it. For small children it is a little unsafe, but they were great days!

Our holiday was excellent, the house is wonderful. We were in a group of family and friends (07 adults and 4 children), and we were delighted with the house. It is in a condominium near Dunas de Peró beach, super, quiet and quiet, the children played on the street quietly. The villa is all equipped with kitchen items, bedding, bath, airy, clean, organized, large and tasteful. There's TV, Netflix, barbecue front pool. The rooms have air conditioning and great showers. One suite is on the ground floor and another on the second floor. E has two bedrooms that share one bathroom. In the garage there are 4 cars but on the street you can park without problems. Silvio and Priscila are super helpful, they respond quickly and made several nominations and removed all our doubts. We were appointed a wonderful person to cook and keep the house clean (Thalita), a hyper well kitchen, as well as being friendly and discreet. It was a sensational Easter, super recommend and I hope to return.

An incredible experience, a very quiet and organized condominium, very well located near several places 10/20min by car. The hostess of the house was very kind and attentive. I had a small accident and broke something, and she was super attentive to me. Fully equipped house with everything made me feel at home and I will definitely return more often.

Excellent stay in Arraial! Excellent views and comfort. The apartment looked just like the photos and was in impeccable condition. Extra point the best beach in Arraial (Pontal do Atalaya) just 5'by car from the apartment.

Very beautiful, spacious house, exactly as described on the site. The Pool is the highlight of the house, spectacular. Equipped kitchen, barbecue and wood oven, large and well airy rooms, house close to shops and the beach, although the beach is quite agitated for bathing. The Tbm House has a lagoon with a beautiful view. Christian is a very kind host and always willing to help. We loved our stay, it was super worth it. We'll be back again!

Our stay was simply perfect! Extremely clean, well equipped and very comfortable house. The Jacuzzi is the cherry on the cake. We were very well served by hostess Simone, who made us very comfortable during our stay. We will definitely return!!! Super I recommend everyone !!!

A super cozy house and a paradise to stay in Arraial do Cabo! Nicole thinks of every detail to welcome you in the best way. And they are super helpful to help you! The view is surreal, even more beautiful in person! We will definitely return more often!

The house is new, very beautiful and exactly as described in the photos, 3 suites and a bedroom without a bathroom, plus a bedroom with a sofa bed and bathroom on the ground floor, organized and clean. Very large and super complete kitchen and room to receive a lot of people. The gourmet area has barbecue and cooktop already with gas, very nice place. The pool is small but it answered what we needed. One point of improvement would be to change the curtains or include a light cut, because in the morning there was a lot of clarity. Great safe condominium house and helpful host, super recommend!

It's a wonderful place, it's exactly the same as the photos, Angela's service was excellent and definitely, it's a place I would repeat.

The house is perfect for relaxing and disconnecting, the backyard has a great space for pets and children! The space is very organized, clean and has everything you need and the neighborhood is very quiet. We have enjoyed a lot of dry beach and we will definitely return! 💖

My experience at Casa Athens was excellent! The house is exactly like in the pictures — spacious, well-equipped, clean and very cozy. A highlight aside is the wonderful view of the balcony, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. In addition, the Host was very considerate, helpful, and always available to help with any questions. I highly recommend the stay and undoubtedly I will return on an upcoming visit to Arraial do Cabo!

We had an amazing time at this Airbnb I loved the pool area and all of the great places to sit and socialize and make memories! The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were all well located and had a nice private feel. I highly recommend this beautiful properly it was unforgettable!
