Very close to the Macaé River and a 30-minute walk from the center. Unfortunately, the road has no shoulder to walk on safely.

quiet locale, close to many essential shops such as market, pharmacy and restaurant at night had places to snack very close as well, the region is quiet but I felt that when walking on the street must have a lot of attention because from nothing comes cars at high speed, Mr.Elias was well educated and helpful, in addition to being very requested, I ended up arriving earlier in the place and he allowed me to enter, I just missed a mat because I went with my wife and my son, apart from this everything was perfect, place to extend the wet clothes, and a very pleasant leisure area, for sure on a lap to get to know more about the region I would be there.

The stay at marcelo's apartment was excellent. The place is nicer than what you see in photos, the complex has concierge at the 24 hour entrance, there are cleaning staff in common places, and the pool of the complex is beautiful. The apartment is large, comfortable, clean, has everything you need and more to enjoy the holidays. We chose apartment since we went with my 2-year-old daughter, and to have more comfortable and we do not regret it. The place has an oven, microwave, refrigerator, frezzer, and a lot of kitchen utensils to have a full stay. Marcelo responds immediately with any questions, so it's another point to highlight. I 100% recommend this place.

The flat exceeded all expectations: extremely clean, well equipped and comfortable. We had only a small mishap with the shower, which often disarmed, but nothing that would compromise the stay. Igrind and Elcir were extremely helpful and attentive at all times. About the location: it's just perfect! On one side, the sea with strong waves; on the other, the lagoon — quiet and ideal for children. It is near Ponta de Acaíra, which is beautiful. The region, however, still lacks tourist infrastructure and even services for residents. But there is the essentials nearby: markets, pharmacies, bakery — and the prices are fair. If you are looking for a quiet place, away from the hustle and bustle of the coastal centres, to relax and enjoy beautiful natural landscapes, this is an excellent choice.

My stay in the flat was excellent, with a comfortable, clean and well-equipped environment. The condominium is quiet, safe and very well located, in a pleasant neighborhood with easy access to everything. I was very well attended by the reception, always helpful and cordial. The host was attentive, polite and careful in every detail.
