Sowohl Rennbegeisterte als auch Wanderer und Radfahrer finden hier den idealen Platz. Traumpfade, die Hohe Acht, der Laacher See und die Maare in der Vulkaneifel begeistern. Die Wohnung bietet für 5 Personen Platz (1 DZ, 1 Twin-Bett-Zi & 1 Ausziehbett) & verfügt über einen Wohn-Essraum, Küche, Bad (Dusche, Wanne), Gäste-WC, eigene Terrasse.

Historic vicarage near Nürburgring

The half-timbered house is located in the courtyard of the old rectory of Kirmutscheid/Wirft only 5 minutes from the Nürburgring. The main house was built in 1709 by Baron Gallen zu Assen for the priest and is directly adjacent to the church which was built by Count Ulrich of Nürburg in 1214. The house with approx. 50 sqm of living space has been restored with great attention to detail and renovated only with natural building materials in order not to lose the pleasant indoor climate.

It is only a 5-minute walk to the boulevard, paddock or the Hatzenbach section. The apartment is located directly on the grandstand T13. Ample parking space available.

This apartment is a very special place. Originally, this apartment was a barn, which was probably built in 1903 and over the years fulfilled many purposes, until we bought the ruin in 2010 and from 2016 to this beautiful, almost 75sqm apartment rebuilt. It was important to us to preserve as much of the old substance as possible and combine it with a modern style
