Our 55 m² basement apartment is located in the annex of an old building in Bad Honnef-Rhöndorf, right at the foot of the Drachenfels and only a few meters from the Rhine. When you leave the apartment, you can see the vineyards on the slopes of the Siebengebirge. The location offers a very pleasant living and quality of life. Here you will feel comfortable and come to rest, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Whether in transit, for a few days of rest or a business meeting - we look forward to seeing you soon!

My small terraced house has three floors, is about 100 square meters and stands on a plot of almost 300 square meters. I live in the house and move out when guests come. The Rhine and Bonn International School are about 1 km away. The Rhine meadow, the Postbank, the WCCB and Telekom are within a maximum of 4 km. Dogs are very welcome. Since I have very old neighbors and the house is very light-hearted, parties and events are prohibited. Night rest: 10 pm

In the 60 sqm apartment with private entrance you will find everything you need for a vacation. Kitchen, 1 double bed + 1 sofa bed – Room for max. 4 persons - parking in front of the house In a few minutes you are in the forest, on the 588-meter-high Michelsberg, and you can go for a nice hike. By car, you can reach the Nürburgring, the Ahr, the Ruhrsee or Phantasialand Brühl in a good half hour. Shopping 10 km away. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.

Unkelbrücker Mühle

The apartment is located in a listed, former forester's house, less than 200 m from the Rhine and its bike path. It is located on the edge of the forest and exudes a unique charm. The apartment has a kitchen with a refrigerator, stove and oven. There are also two 1.40 x 2.00 m beds. You can either end the evening comfortably on the small terrace at the entrance or with a movie in the home theater with projector, screen and 5.1 system.

It is less than 100 m from the picturesque Rhine bank of Unkel and at the same time impresses with breathtaking views of the vineyards. The 30 m2 studio is located on the top floor of our friendly shared house. It has a small private bathroom with shower and you can use the modern and larger shared bathroom one floor below if you like. In the apartment there is also a small kitchenette where you can prepare simple dishes. Otherwise, you can use the shared kitchen downstairs.
