Shared access to the equipped kitchen (fridge, electric hobs, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, cabinets). 2 shared toilets and sanitary facilities.

The room offers a nice and comfortable space upstairs of the house. The bedding is new with a 140 x 200 bed. For storage, 2 drawers of a dresser are available. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower screen. The kitchen is equipped and available for reheating. You can also enjoy the terrace and garden. Close to Lorient road. Bus line 54 to Rennes in 25 min, stop 10 min walk from the house.

The room is equipped with a double bed (140 cm), a desk, a TV, as well as a small fridge and a kettle with tea and coffee. You can also enjoy your private bathroom, as well as separate toilets. We also offer our terrace for you to enjoy the tranquility of our house located in the countryside. Access to the room is independent. We have two dogs and a cat, who may come and say hello :)
