Perfect short stay in the house of legends. The place is very comfortable and in a great location. We were already there and will be back.

Superb accommodation with all the amenities you need inside. Very clean and spacious. Emilie is responsive and very warm. Her instructions for check-in in her absence were clear. Passing through near Rennes, or for students looking for calm and comfort, I highly recommend this listing.

We used the home as a base when we visited our daughter who is au-pair in Pacé. Since the hostess was going on vacation a few days before our visit, she was extremely helpful in handing over the key to our daughter who lived nearby. Even though she was on vacation herself, she herself asked about our arrival, and always responded quickly to our questions. We had a special need to check out early and it wasn't a problem. It could be inconvenient for the hostess, but she was extremely service minded and understanding. The apartment is suitable for a quiet, adult couple who need a base to drive out and experience Brittany and, for example, Rennes from. It is much cheaper, more homely, nice and more flexible than a hotel - especially if you are willing to stand for your own breakfast. All amenities are in the kitchen. We give our very best recommendation from Christine.

We had a great three night stay in Caroline’s apartment. It was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. It was so convenient for the historic centre of Dinan. The parking space was a bonus too. Hope to return one day.

We are delighted with our stay at Theo's, in the vicinity several pleasant and enjoyable walks possible, the apartment is close to essential shops, beautiful quiet location and in the city center, very clean and bright apartment, Theo is a very accommodating and responsive host, apartment with a good wifi speed, to sum up very good stay spent in Theo's apartment.

It was our second stay at Annette and Philip's, we had a great week in this beautiful Breton house, very well decorated and super well equipped. The accommodation was impeccably clean, the bedding comfortable, the place very quiet and not very far from the tourist sites. Thanks again to Annette and Philip.

Guests are quick and efficient. We were able to have all the information to access the apartment very quickly. As for the flat, nothing to report: as described. Highlight: small terrace. Very nice to have a coffee /drink and chat. Weak point: we must leave the premises early enough ( before 10 a.m.)

Very good stay with Philippe. The apartment smelled very good, that's really what marked me when opening the door. Philippe encountered a small problem before my arrival, but he did what was necessary to resolve it quickly, without this affecting my stay or have to take care of it. Thanks to him!

We had a pleasant stay, clean and nice house. Bed linens provided and possibility to have towels. Accessible pool ( provide children's armbands who can't swim because deep pool 1m55 ). Pleasant welcome, food truck present several times a week (fried crepes...). The only downside no airlock between the front door of the pool and the changing rooms and as the door was broken it had to remain open so the children were cold but it's really the only downside. Thank you for this stay , we will be back

The space was very clean. We talked a lot with Manon before arrival, especially for the activities around the accommodation and for the organization of the birthday cake. The estate is very pleasant and peaceful. The infrastructure and the quality of the pool allows you to spend a stay on site to relax and enjoy with friends. We had two children aged 2 and 4 who enjoyed the place as much and we found something to take care of. This is a home we recommend.

A perfect restful and peaceful home for two nights on our way back to the UK. Beautiful rustic building, lovely mix of old and new with regards to the decor and interior. The flat was so much bigger inside than it looked in the picture, in fact the whole compound, including surrounding cabins was beautiful, peaceful and well looked after. Great swimming pool too, which if the weather had been better would have been wonderful with the roof off. Would definitely come here again, although there is not much to do in the area, but for somewhere comfortable, peaceful and full of charm this was the perfect stop for us after our travels around France.
