65 m2 apartment located in the heart of the city center (Rennes). 3 min walk from Saint-Anne metro station (8 min from the train station by metro). Close to all amenities (bakery, tobacco, lices market) restaurants, bars, shops. Access to the underground parking of the Lices directly by the elevator of the building. Includes a large bedroom with courtyard views (double bed,mattress purchased in late 2016), bathroom with bath, living room (sofa bed) and equipped kitchen. Lots of cupboards. VERY CLEAN.

My place is a 17th century farmhouse, we refurbished it in 2016. It consists on the ground floor, a large equipped and furnished kitchen, living/dining room, a bedroom with 2 90 x 200 single beds, bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs, 2 large bedrooms with storage, bathroom and separate toilet. It is close to Rennes airport, the Parc des Expo, Bruz and is located in an enclosed and wooded park. Linens and bath towels are included in the price.
