We were delighted with the house. The property's park is beautiful, well maintained, and offers a very peaceful environment close to Rennes or the exhibition center. There are beautiful animals, especially ponies, who come to see the newcomers. The owner was very responsive and participated in the success of our brief stay. Thank you. we booked this apartment last minute on our way back to the uk, what an absolute delight, so retro and stylish, extremely comfortable bed, clean, fabulous city view and close to all amenities that Rennes has to offer. A massive bonus of a parking place, we were met by the owners who were helpful and friendly and were obviously happy to share this fabulous apartment with travellers to experience,

We stayed with friends in this beautiful and large house. The renovation is tasteful and of good quality, it is aesthetically beautiful and the amenities are numerous. The kitchen in particular. The garden and terrace are pleasant. In the evening, we are comfortably settled inside... to read a book in front of the fireplace. Bedrooms and toilets are upstairs. Thank you to Dagmar and Guy for their hospitality and responsiveness to our requests.

A great stay at Romain’s house! The pictures don’t do it justice - the decor is really cool. Sadly too wet to make much use of the lovely terrace. Our son loved the cosy kids room in the attic especially. Handy location close to supermarket and bus stop with frequent buses to the centre. Romain was so friendly and helpful too. Note that the main rooms are upstairs (steep spiral staircase) and bathroom downstairs.

We stayed here to be close to the Parc Expo in Rennes. It was perfect for us - a couple with 2 dogs. The house is as described and it had evertything we needed. The garden was great for our dogs and it was fully fenced. Isabelle was quick to reply and even helped us out and allowed us to checkout late. Really great accomodation, especially with dogs. Isabelle is a great host. And one more things - We were surprised to find really good restaurants with fun atmpsophere in the area. Thank you Isabelle!

Excellent stay in this house! It is well-fitted and equipped. Quiet and in a green setting without being isolated because it is very quick and easy to access (10 min from Ker Lann, 15 min from Rennes). There are also nice walks nearby. Both bedrooms are very comfortable and spacious. The entire accommodation is very clean, the information given is clear and we had the opportunity to meet the owner who was very friendly. I highly recommend it.

Accustomed to traveling, so to be able to compare, I admit the welcome and responsiveness during our stay was exceptional from Karim. Afterwards, if you like lofts, tasteful decoration in a surf spirit, top equipment. 10 min walk from the train station (max) in a nice neighborhood. You will understand why you need to spend at least 2 days on site. Thank you Karim

Another reservation at Florian's for my stay in Rennes. This accommodation is very well maintained and offers proximity to the EHESP. The city center is a 20-minute walk, a bus stop for the center is located in front of the accommodation allowing you to easily get to several corners of Rennes. Florian was very responsive and available. I highly recommend this accommodation!

The apartment is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The welcome when we arrived was very warm and made us feel comfortable. Its location is very convenient because bcp of things next door and at the same time the balcony is facing greenery which allows you to be quiet too. I recommend

I had a pleasant stay at May's place. I had to participate in the Transmusicales de Rennes and finding this place nearby was a real stroke of luck. The accommodation is impeccable. May is always available and attentive. A delight for any traveler.

This is a bright and spacious apartment that had everything we needed. It was warm and cozy inside and offered a lovely balcony on the warmer days. Ferhat was very helpful and gave us two excellent restaurant recommendations. The huge park across the road has many walking trails and we even found it was possible to walk into the centre ville through the park and along the canal. We didn’t need a car to explore Rennes, though appreciated the convenient car park available under the building for our first night before dropping off our rental car. Overall, very happy with our stay here.

The accommodation is the best of the best! Well located (10 minutes walk from the center) and on a quiet street. The billiards, the balneo and the massage shower are very nice! Boris was very responsive. Going there without so much as a second thought
