Enjoy the tranquility and idyll in our 2020 renovation. Apartment vis-a-vis from Gutenstein Castle. From the living room and balcony you have a magnificent view of meadows, forest and fields, where chamois, fox and rabbit still say good night. Gutenstein, the pearl in the upper Danube Valley, is located at 620 m, ideal for climbers, cyclists and canoeists. There are wonderful hiking trails right from the house, which also invite you to go on winter hikes. 5 km further in Langenhart at 720 m, cross-country skiing is possible

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

Centrally located in the valley - apartment HANS

Our apartment "Hans" is located in the middle of the idyllic village of Hausen im Tal in the nature park "Obere Donau". If you want to go hiking or climbing on foot, if you want to get on your bike or simply want time to enjoy, this is the place. The apartment is in the attic. In the house, there are two other apartments, all of which are entered through the common staircase. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a living-dining room with a kitchen that is well equipped.

App. Klara in the nature park Obere Donau/near Lake Constance

Our vintage apartment Klara in the Urli-Haus is lovingly furnished in a mix of old and new furniture. It offers space for a couple (possibly with a child). There is also a bathroom and a kitchen. Free parking around the house, storage facilities for bicycles or pedelecs. In addition, many bike contests, World Cup races or the well-known Albstadt bike marathon are held nearby. In winter, there are many opportunities for winter sports nearby, depending on the snow conditions.

Our small but beautiful vacation apartment is the perfect starting point for a wide range of activities here in the region. Centrally located, everything in Spaichingen can be reached on foot or by bike. Cycling tours, hikes or climbing tours in the Danube valley are also possible. Thanks to Spaichingen's location, many excursions in the surrounding area can be reached within an hour - whether to the Swabian Alb, the Black Forest or Lake Constance.

Outside, a seating lounge invites you to relax. A dry separation toilet is located next to the barrel. Please note that there is no shower. Ideal for those who enjoy nature and want to relax!

Cozy 70 sqm attic apartment in beautifully located farmhouse in the heart of the Upper Danube Valley Nature Park. Start your hike or mountain bike tour right from the house. The car can also be parked for climbing, as the Schaufelsen is in the immediate vicinity. Canoeing is possible on the Danube & the Danube Cycle Path passes about 500 m from the house. There is space to romp and play in the large orchard meadow.

Beautiful, cozy apartment, just 45 minutes from Lake Constance and the many gorges in the Black Forest. The Titisee is only 40 minutes away, the Rhine Falls in Schaffhausen in Switzerland can be reached in 1 hour. Go shopping in Constance on Lake Constance or take bike tours along the Danube. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the beach chair lounge in the shared garden area. Our grill can be used on request.
