Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Rethymno

We had an absolutely fantastic time at the villa. The kids had the best time swimming, playing football and tennis, bouncing on the trampoline etc. it was great having so much for them to do at the house so we didn’t have to worry about taking them out when they needed to burn off some energy. This meant the adults could really relax and enjoy their time too. The house is well located, 10-15 minute drive to most places you want to be, supermarket less than 10mins away. Markos was really helpful, met us at the villa when we arrived and gave us loads of recommendations for local restaurants and activities. The place was perfect, we would love to come back!

Wir waren als Gruppe in der Villa Green Paradies und es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Die Villa bietet genau das, was versprochen wird. Sie ist sehr privat und ruhig gelegen, ein wunderbarer Ort zum entspannen, jedoch kann man von dort auch einiges erleben. Vor allem das Nachbardorf Margarites ist sehr zu empfehlen, ein Fußweg von 10 Minuten und es gibt wunderschöne Töpferschachen und ein ganz tolles kleines Café, sowie Tavernen. Auch die Kommunikation mit Elias lief einwandfrei und sehr schnell! Ab und zu kommen auch ein paar kleine Katzengäste vorbei, die sich sehr über etwas zu essen und sauberes Wasser freuen. Einige sind sehr scheu, jedoch alle sehr freundlich und lieb. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder ! Vielen Dank Elias! :)

Mein Freund und ich waren 5 Tage in der Unterkunft und waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss eines schönen modernen Hauses. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Hervorzuheben ist die schöne Terrasse mit Whirlpool. Die Lage ist super. Es sind circa 15 Minuten Autofahrt bis zum Zentrum Chanias. Mehrere Strände sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Das Haus selbst ist ruhig gelegen. Es bietet einen guten Ausgangspunkt, um Kreta zu erkunden. Katerina und ihr Mann sind tolle Gastgeber. Bei Ankunft erwartete uns ein frischer griechischer Salat, Orangen und Wein. Wir bekamen ein paar Tage später frisches Gemüse aus dem Garten. Katerina war stets erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Insgesamt würden wir die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen! 5/5 Sterne!

Absolut traumhaft! Irene ist sehr herzlich, das Haus ist wirklich großartig gelegen und total sauber. Wunderschöner Ausblick und der Strand ist zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar. Der jaccuzzi ist super zum entspannen. Alles sehr privat gelegen. Zur Begrüßung gab es hausgemachten Wein und Obst. Haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und wären am liebsten niemals gefahren. Vielen Dank!🤩

Perfect place to stay while in Chania and exploring Crete. Close to everything but on a charming quiet street tucked away from the noise and crowds. Next to some of the best restaurants in town. Apartment was private, spacious and very clean. AC worked great. WiFi was ok. One thing to note is stairs are steep and second bedroom is accessible through the first bedroom, up another flight of stairs and , detached and on the rooftop space with a nice seating area and hot tub. Everything was great though and would highly recommend!

"Filoxenia" in greco significa amore per il forestiero e valore sacro dell'ospitalità. Questo sono stati per noi Nikos e Joanna. La casa perfetta con ogni confort. Panorama impagabile, vicino spiagge tutte da scoprire. Speriamo di tornare presto.

Wir haben 3 wunderschöne Wochen in Manos House verbracht, das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, es hat einen sehr schönen Garten in dem man wunderbar verweilen kann, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand und den Restaurants entfernt. Abends haben wir bei einem Glas Wein auf dem Balkon gesessen auf und den Sonnenuntergang genossen. Stavros ist ein kleiner ruhiger Ort in dem man sehr schnell in den Urlaubsmodus kommt und die Zeit einfach nur genießen kann. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder.

This place was unbelievable! Absolutely beautiful area and location. We wish we had stayed longer. This was our first time in Crete and happened to pick the very best place! There were 9 of us, and we fit very well. Tina was great. Penelope was lovely, but did not speak English (she lives on the first floor). We would highly recommend this area and this house! Next time we will stay longer!

מאד נהנינו בחופשה בבית זה הכל היה נקי ומסודר. הבריכה מדהימה והחצר מפנקת. המארחים מאד נחמדים ואדיבים. השירות היה יותר מן הכלל. היתה לנו בזכותם חופשה מושלמת. ממליצה מאד על הבית ומקווה לחזור להתארח בו.

Incredible stay, stunning villa, lovely to walk into the little town, and a brand new restaurant opened called ‘Dusk’ a few minutes walk away which was 11/10. We adored the hot tub, luxury, all the little touches. Juicer for fresh orange juice and funky toaster. Thank you Crete is exquisite 💖💖💖

The villa was pretty extraordinary overall. We've stayed in villas on a number of Greek islands over the last 12 years and this was the best on most counts. The interior was comfortable and spacious, really light and airy. There were only two of us, but I doubt it would be crowded with 6. A huge amount of kitchen equipment (you name it, the kitchen had it), all appliances seemed nearly new and of great quality. Showers with good supplies of hot water and strong pressure. The outside is fantastic - the pool is huge and the perfect depth throughout (maybe not ok for young children, with no shallow end). Plenty of comfortable seats and sun loungers, umbrellas for shade. The jacuzzi is a great bonus and is really high quality. Huge grounds and some lovely flowers. All windows have shutters so bedrooms could be made very dark overnight. We weren't interrupted at all through the week but whenever we had a question we received a rapid response. I can't think of anything negative to say!

We stayed for 1 week (4adults and 4 kids) having been to Crete a number of times before. The villa was up in the hills (you need to hire a car to get anywhere and driving on the small lanes is not for the faint hearted) but this gave us the beautiful views over the bay and a lovely sea breeze. The house was immaculate with all the essentials and mod cons including chilled filtered water from the fridge. The ice machine didn’t work so one of the team popped around with a big bag of ice the next day which we used instead. We also experienced a sandstorm (happens about once a year) with Saharan sand being deposited on everything. The cleaners were around the next morning and the pool was cleaned beautifully. The pool itself was heated to a lovely temperature so the kids could enjoy it all day and the hot tub was even warmer so the perfect place to sit and enjoy drinks. We used the outdoor built in barbecue and sat outside for dinners (great views). Karolina was very responsive! Recommend!

Awesome villa in a great location with plenty to keep the family entertained. Easy 15-20min walk to the beach/Baja beach club, 10min walk to the local mini market (or 3min in the car) Heated pool was a massive bonus staying outside of summer. Maria was great host with a lovely welcome package, we’ll be booking for next year!

Unser Aufenthalt betrug 12 Tage/Reisezeit im Mai und wir waren wirklich sehr angetan von der schönen Unterkunft. Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn man zum einen Ruhe sucht in sehr schöner Umgebung, zum anderen aber nicht all zu weit fahren möchte um tolle Strände, Wanderungen oder sonstige schöne Dinge zu unternehmen. Auch gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur ein paar Fahrminuten entfernt. Die Begrüßung erfolgte durch Panos, die sehr herzlich war und es gab ein tolles Paket an Kleinigkeiten, liebevoll zusammengestellt. Das fanden wir unglaublich nett! Panos gab uns viele tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen und Einkehrmöglichkeiten und war immer schnell zu erreichen bei Fragen. Der Poolbereich wurde täglich sauber gemacht und einmal wöchentlich kam auch eine Reinigungskraft. Die Dachterrasse könnte man etwas gemütlicher gestalten, da die sehr groß ist. Dort findet man eine Tischtennisplatte und zwei Plastiksessel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne nochmal wiederkommen.

We had an amazing stay in casa Elegante. The villa was beautiful and even better than the photos. I cannot thank Antonis enough for his hospitality from the lovely fresh gifts he left us on our first day to the cleaning of the villa and pool after a dust storm on our second day. Antonis and his team worked very hard to clean the pool and outside areas for us to be able use again straight away. The villa has everything and more that you need. The brilliant heated pool for children (small separate children’s pool), which was perfect for our 18month old and children’s play area were a great hit. The villa was spotless and everything had been thought of. There is even a gym and sauna. The villa is set in a lovely traditional village, with 3 lovely tavernas, butchers and local shop. We didn’t need to leave the village at night and the locals were very welcoming. We would definitely love to see more of Crete, it’s very beautiful and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Casa Elegante again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Agapi Villa. Villa was perfect for a family of 5, with all the amenities you need while travelling, from toiletries, to towels, to cards, board games and more. Like other guests, what really made the experience stand out was Roussous himself. From a very generous welcome basket, to helping us order a late night dinner on a stormy night with a delayed arrival, to going the extra mile whenever possible, he made the whole stay extremely comfortable and easy. Villa is extremely tranquil, yet doesn’t feel too isolated. A car is definitely needed when staying there. It is just worth bearing in mind the last 2-3 minutes of the drive are a narrow, country road, but you do get used to this very quickly. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Agapi Villa if staying in Crete!! Big thanks again to Roussous
