Very nice house with a great atmosphere. We liked it even better than the pictures. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen that was very well equipped and had everything you needed for home cooking. We spent a lot of time on the big terrace with an astonishing mountain view! The neerby Ancient Lappa Taverna is great and the whole area has a lot of food options and historical places worth visiting. Nearest beach is 12 min in a car. Not the best beach, but there is other better options 25 min in car. Or 45 min to great beaches on the south coast (Damnoni). Eleni was a great host and easy to communicate with. Would definately come back.

C’était un gîte magnifique avec un côté très typique rustique et en même temps très bien équipé et généreusement bien fournit de tout le nécessaire pour des voyageurs, draps, serviettes produits d’entretien… La vue de la terrasse est magnifique, le cadre de montagne nous a beaucoup plu, nous y avons ramassé des noix, figues… le bonheur. Merci à ces supers hôtes de nous avoir si bien accueilli avec un petit vin dans le frigo et un petit déjeuner pour notre arrivée !

Ein traditionelles, sehr gemütliches Haus in einem einzigartigen Dorf. Wir waren bereits das 3. Mal hier. Von hier kann man toll die Umgebung erkunden und ist für uns ein perfekter Start für unseren Urlaub auf Kreta. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Absolute Empfehlung!

Can’t say enough good things about this charming home - full of character! From the beautiful tiles to stone features. We rented a car to drive to Chania and Elafonissi beach, but walked everywhere in town with ease and felt very safe. Alexandra was very welcoming and gave us a tour of the house and bought a few groceries and even made us a pasta lunch. She gave us restaurant recommendations as well! We certainly enjoyed this home!

Everything about this apartment is lovely! It has all modern comfort with a feel of a traditional local home. Everything is charming and outstanding, from the beautiful entrance with the well-kept plants to the view from the balcony. It was also immaculately clean. Stephanos and his workers were friendly, and generous. Spili is a lovely vilage, surrounded by beautiful nature. Highly recomended!

My mother and I stayed at the stone house for 4 nights and it was a wonderful stay. The house is absolutely beautiful, inside and out. A rental car is a must at the location is 30 minutes south of Heracleion and there's no mode of public transport there. We enjoyed our time here very much.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Chomonastiri. Le patio est très agréable. Le logement se veut respectueux du style crétois. Seul petit bémol, le lit double de la chambre n'est pas très large. Geoges est un hôte très accueillant et disponible.

Perfect condition. Very well decorated, full advantage of having a fareden with the internal access, totally protected and can not be reached from the street level. Great dining area and BBQ. Large house with a sitting area and 3 well furnished bedrooms.

Bel appartement, bien équipé, proche de Chania en voiture. Stationnement facile dans la rue qui est très calme. L'appartement est très spacieux, il peut convenir à 2 familles. L'accueil de notre hôte est parfait. Le sejour autour de Chania est tres agreable. Je recommande !

Un posto magnifico. Abbiamo soggiornato in 7 e siamo rimasti tutti sbalorditi dalla bellezza di questa villa. La ristrutturazione è incredibile e i servizi al suo interno ancora di più. In assoluto uno dei posti più belli che abbia mai trovato su Airbnb. La jacuzzi è stata una rivelazione sopratutto a fine giornata dopo un lungo tour delle spiagge di Agia Palagia. Al nostro arrivo l’host ci ha aspettato all’inizio di Kato Asides per mostrarci la via per il parcheggio per poi accoglierci calorosamente in questa splendida villa. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno offerto anche del Rakki, vino e frutta, sicuramente un’attenzione al cliente favolosa. I letti erano comodissimi e i bagni molto spaziosi. Consiglio di andare a mangiare al ristorante che si trova in cima al paese, per noi è stata la cosa che ha reso perfetto il nostro soggiorno a Kato Asides. Unica cosa negativa è stata aver soggiornato solo due notti, la prossima volta pianificheremo di starci almeno una settimana.

The villa was simply wonderful. Very modern, nicely decorated. Stavros warmly welcomed us like no Airbnb host ever did before. He gave us a lot of recommandations for our stay and was always available if we needed anything. The location is great, not too far from Chania (8-10mn by car) but at a reasonable distance to be away from the noises of the city ! You should definitely stay there if you want to go to Crete as I guarantee you, you will have a great time there in this villa.

My family had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location is perfect—nestled near a charming old town, just a short walk from the historic center of Chania. It’s the ideal spot for exploring its winding streets filled with shops, restaurants, tavernas, and scenic harbor that make the town so special. The apartment itself is a perfect blend of comfort and modern style. It’s been thoughtfully designed with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and clearly cared for with attention to detail. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chania!

We had a lovely stay in Angelos' apartment. It was easy to find, clean, cosy, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace (and playing with the kittens). Cafés, supermarket, and fuel station were very close, which was great. Thanks for the wonderful stay, Angelos!

Le logement est magnifique, très bien decoré, en plein centre de la vieille ville, très proche des commerces et des restaurants. La plage est largement accessible à pied. Si nous revenons un jour à Chania, nous reviendront chez Michalis. Encore merci pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse.

Séjour exceptionnel ! Première fois que nous nous sentons aussi bien dans un logement de vacances que dans notre maison ! Nous tenions à remercier chaleureusement Petros et Popi pour l'accueil qu’ils nous ont réservé lors de notre séjour dans le logement. Tout était vraiment parfait ! La maison était exactement comme décrit, très propre, bien équipé et idéalement situé. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous. This house is in a beautiful location - set amongst the pretty little streets of Splantzia. It is a few minutes walk to the harbour and to the many restaurants in the old town. Within a hundred metres or so is a lovely square with shady bars - one of which serves amazing meze (there were foodie walking tour groups coming the Kafenieo Fix to sample to food). There is a Saturday fruit and veg market in the next street where I bought oranges and made juice for breakfast. The house is great. The main room has a very comfortable bed, there is a good sized bathroom, and a lovely garden with lemon tree and scented plants. It is easy to prepare a full meal if you want - the kitchen is very well equipped with a large fridge/freezer, full oven and lots of pots and pans and utensils. These is full aircon in both bedrooms and the main downstairs room. I would definitely recommend this house where you can feel part of the local community while still being very close to all tourist stuff.

The property is well located and furnished. Check-in and out were a breeze. The host is responsive and caring.

Maria was so sweet and hospitable, this was the third leg of my Greece trip and she defined Greek hospitality. She connected with me ahead of the trips always proactive, and had the loveliest bread, lemonade, and snacks waiting for us when we arrived. This villa is beautifully built and has pristine craftsmanship, however, it is in a remote location so you do need a car or taxi connection. We ended up not getting a rental car so we had a relationship with a taxi driver, but we ended up switching to one that Maria recommended because he was familiar with the villa and reliable. The home is stunning and looks exactly as pictured. Thank you Maria.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison refaite avec goût. L’accès en voiture n’est pas possible directement au pied de la maison mais l’hôte a été de très bons conseils pour se garer à proximité. La maison est sur 2 niveaux entièrement refaits et très propre. Nous n’avons passé qu’une seule nuit puisque nous étions en transit vers l’Est de l’île. Nous avons passé une très bonne soirée dans un restaurant très convivial conseillé par l’hôte. L’hôte a été toujours disponible et se propose de nous rapporter un vêtement oublié en partant. Tres serviable. Merci !

Incredible value, we stayed for a week and left at home. The hosts had fast communication and helped giving local restaurants and travel recommendations. I could recommend this place more. If I could give 6/5 stars I would.
