The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. Die offene Atelierwohnung im Torhaus ist Teil einer ausgebauten Hofreite aus dem 17. Jahrhundert. Alte Hölzer und freigelegtes Fachwerk sind von Rosenstöcken und einem wunderschönen Garten umgeben. Beim Einrichten haben wir großen Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit gelegt. Bestehendes wurde auf- und umgearbeitet. Ein Großteil der Leuchten, Textilien sowie die Bilder stammen aus unserem Atelier. Dadurch bekommt die offene Architektur ihren besonderen Stil sowie den freundlichen und eigenen Charakter.

We offer our "cottage" here! It is located directly on the edge of the forest behind our house and is part of an old mill farm in the middle of the forest! We are 1 kilometer away from the nearest neighbor and the nearest supermarket is 6 kilometers away. This is not a luxury hostel, but if you are looking for absolute peace and a hiking paradise in the midst of the most beautiful nature, you have come to the right place! In the cold season, you MUST additionally heat with the fireplace!

In a quiet location with a beautiful view of the Rhine, the log cabin is located right next to the edge of the forest. With 130 m², there is enough space in a 3-room apartment and it offers a pleasant atmosphere with a fireplace. You can explore castles via hiking trails or by boat trips in the Middle Rhine Valley, which is known for the UNESCO World Heritage. All shops, supermarkets (REWE, Lidl), restaurants as well as tourist attractions and boat docks are easily reached on foot.

Treat yourself to a visit to our half-timbered house Anno 1690, renovated in 2019, in the very quiet old town of Stromberg, right by the Schlossbrunnen fountain below the 3 castles. The kitchen on the 2nd floor is excitingly located in the former battlement of the city wall. The medieval building still has the typical steep oak stairs and the ceiling height is outside the norm. Cozy stay in the house and as a starting point for hikers & bikers....for relaxation and adventure...

The tiny house was designed as part of a master's thesis in the Green Building program according to the criteria of sustainability and was completed in 2020. Whether in summer or winter, enjoy the comfort and high-quality amenities. For two people, you will find everything on 20 square meters that will make your stay unforgettable. Two more guests can stay in the construction trailer next door in summer if necessary.

The EIFEL QUARTIER anno 1846 is part of an ensemble of several historic natural stone buildings that have been lovingly restored and give discerning guests a great natural experience right in the heart of the Eifel without having to sacrifice relaxed luxury. The EIFEL QUARTIER is a very individual, original accommodation with a modern pellet stove. It covers two floors and has an electric charging station. Welcome to Medardam Glan. Medard is a municipality in the district of Kusel, Rhineland-Palatinate. The place is surrounded by altitudes with orchards. From Medard, hiking sports, canoeing and draisine rides are possible. Our spacious non-smoking apartment can accommodate 1-3 people. It has a separate entrance, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room, one one a double bedroom and a shower room with toilet. The apartment also has a balcony.
