The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The use of the apartment's own sauna is possible for a small fee. Use of the garden is possible by arrangement.

Hier gibt es auch einiges zu erleben: Die Unterkunft in der schönen Voreifelstadt Rheinbach, befindet sich nur 15-20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt von den Weinbergen im Ahrtal, dem Freizeitpark "Phantasialand" und der Therme Euskirchen! Den Bahnhof mit Verbindungen nach Köln und Bonn erreichst Du zu Fuß in ca. 5 min.

The property is at the end of a dead end road surrounded by forest and meadows. Ideal for hikers and bikers, it starts right outside the door. In the large garden behind the house you can lie in the sun as you please, sit comfortably under the walnut tree, use the sauna (10 for additional costs) or end the day by the campfire!
