This special place has its own style. A spacious living/dining area with high ceilings and a fully equipped kitchen invite you to sit together comfortably. The property is equipped with a bathroom and a separate toilet upstairs. In good weather, the terrace can be used. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed. In our separate living room, there is a sofa bed that can sleep two additional guests.

A cozy living/office and a separate bedroom as well as a bathroom with shower are available for your exclusive use. Coffee maker, kettle and toaster are included. The rooms are on the 2nd floor of a detached house. Access is through the landlord's apartment. Enjoy your stay at this peaceful and centrally-located place.
