Newly built chalet right on the lake for 1–3 people, on a large wooded property with parking at the house. Large panoramic terrace with sweeping lake views and an outdoor sauna. Separate barbecue area with charcoal grill. Modern décor with a cozy wood-burning stove and infrared heating in all rooms. Separate bedroom overlooking the woods. Study with sofa bed and Wi-Fi. Final cleaning €40; please bring bed linens and towels. The current electricity rate is added to the rental price. Firewood on request.

Your retreat on Lake Zootzensee: in the morning barefoot to your own jetty, jump into the water or paddle off with the boat. In the afternoon, watch the sunset in the hammock. Inside, large window fronts provide a lake panorama, the fireplace for crackling warmth. Summer and winter a place to breathe, dream and enjoy – in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District. A weekend of relaxation or work in the countryside - you will find both here. Bungalow with covered terrace, meadow and private access in a quiet settlement directly on the edge of the forest, 5 minutes' walk to the swimming lake (Stiche)/forest pool, directly behind our house. Supermarket is 5 minutes by car / 10 minutes by bike. Wine bar, beer gardens, restaurants, canoe rental, etc. are available in the area. The train station is a 5-minute walk (RE 12: Berlin Ostkreuz - Zehdenick Neuhof).
