Welcome to our centrally located vacation home in Rülzheim in the heart of the Southern Palatinate! Rülzheim is characterized above all by its central location in the middle of Karlsruhe, Landau and Speyer as well as its proximity to Alsace, the wine route and the Palatinate Forest. Rülzheim itself has all the necessary shops, banks, doctors, cafés and restaurants. In the local recreation area there is also the Alla-Hopp facility and a beautiful swimming lake. An ideal starting point for many beautiful activities!

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

Close enough to participate in the colorful hustle and bustle of the weekly market, cozy wine bars, good restaurants, quiet cafes and the many sights of the city - and yet far enough away to lose yourself in the books of our small antiquarian book selection with a good glass of wine.

Whether hiking in the Palatinate, a few days of wellness or the tranquility of nature right outside the front door - a lot can be combined in this accommodation. The pool is particularly popular with our guests as it provides refreshment after sauna and walks. Privacy is also particularly appreciated, as both the pool and sauna and garden are available for exclusive use. The pool can be used all year round, but is not heated. A hot tub is not available.

Ground floor apartment The description says it's a shared pool. It is used by ourselves from time to time. There is a possibility to reserve the pool every day for several hours. You have private access to the pool from the apartment! From early summer 2026 there will be an exclusive sauna, which can be booked optionally. Smoking is allowed outdoors only!! Pets are allowed but please clarify BEFORE booking and specify in the request.

Experience living on two levels – our newly furnished duplex apartment in Karlsruhe-Mühlburg offers you a well thought-out room concept and an excellent location. The city center is about 10 minutes by tram. There is a train/bus stop in the immediate vicinity (1-minute walk). There are several shopping opportunities in the area (about a 5-minute walk)

"La Cabane des Biquettes" HOT TUB

Come and recharge your batteries in our tree house (not accessible to people with reduced mobility, miller's ladder) overlooking our miniature goats, our mini donkeys, our mini ponies, our pig, total disconnection but with very good network coverage (just in case) 😀. Guests can enjoy a real SPA on the deck of the cabin. ⚠️ The cabin is not suitable for infants. 20 min from Strasbourg, 15 min from Haguenau, 10 min from Germany.
