The hosts were wonderful & responsive - could not ask for better! The home was clean and well-appointed. Just as described! The enclosed patio was a PLUS. Location was perfect; 2 1/2 easy, walkable blocks to the Porto Romana metro station, 1 block from PAM (local, well-stocked grocery store) and MANY restaurants & cafes within 2-3 blocks. For a unique restaurant try VENUCCI just down the street. Excellent wine menu and pizza. Ask for Tonya - she’s a wonderful person and a nice host! Enjoy!

Abbiamo avuto un'esperienza fantastica durante il nostro soggiorno a Lainate! Mi trovavo a Milano per la Fiera di Milano e la posizione era ideale: tranquilla ma abbastanza vicina alla fiera, il che ha reso gli spostamenti molto facili. L'host è stato molto accogliente e attento, la comunicazione è stata rapida e chiara. L'appartamento era pulito, ben attrezzato ed esattamente come nelle foto. Ho apprezzato in particolar modo l'atmosfera locale: una bellissima zona con ristoranti e negozi nelle vicinanze, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata intensa in fiera. Consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione a chi cerca un'alternativa tranquilla e confortevole al caos cittadino, ma con facile accesso a Milano!

We had a very pleasant stay at Daniele’s house in Como. He was very helpful and responsive—he sent us a video guide for the self check-in and explained everything in detail, which made the process easy and smooth. The apartment is located on the second floor, please expect a few stairs to get to the house. However, the location is convenient, with both the train station and bus stop within walking distance. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like the provided breakfast and snacks. Thank you, Daniele, for hosting us—we really enjoyed our stay!

We had an amazing stay at Christian's house. The property is wonderful - modern, clean and spacious inside and the outside space is as good as it looks on the photos. We spent hours relaxing in the garden area. Christian had also thought of extra details to make the stay even more welcoming, like a hamper of local foods on arrival and care packages in the bedrooms. His communication was fantastic as well, very quick to respond and nothing was too much trouble - he booked us a shuttle back to the airport and even offered to pick us up when we arrived due to a train strike. All in all a brilliant stay and would recommend this place to anyone.

住宿整体感觉不错，但是公共交通比较少，需要自行配备车辆。洗浴的时候出水量很小，没有洗发水，WI-FI网络速度不快。

정원과 함께 있는 이 집은 정말 아름답고 훌륭합니다. 호스트는 매우 친절하고 응답이 빠르며 저희를 존중해줬어요. 다시 밀란에 온다면 다시 오고 싶어요.

zona tranquilla ottima per un soggiorno in relax

location was perfect for getting around with one of the main lines right at the end of the street. apartment was comfortable and had good storage closets and bathroom space. grocery store very close too! no dryer so be prepared to hang your clothes but that's the way you do it in Italy! Rocco and his daughter were very responsive and helpful with recommendations. I would rent again for sure!

Wir haben uns in Ginevras Wohnung von Beginn an sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles sauber und authentisch eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer war groß und schön. Das Bett und die Matratze wirklich angenehm. Das ist für mich besonders wichtig. Im Wohnzimmer ein gemütliches Sofa und viele Reiseführer, die wir uns ansehen konnten. Ginevra war so lieb und hat uns sowohl bei der Ankunft als auch bei der Abreise früher bzw. länger ins Apartment gelassen. Damit konnten wir unsere Koffer bis zum Schluss deponieren. Die Bar im Erdgeschoß ist bis spät in die Nacht oft sehr laut, aber mit Ohrstöpsel geht es. Diese sind sogar im Wohnzimmer zur freien Entnahme. Der Kontakt zu Ginevra war zu jeder Zeit sehr gut und ihre Erklärungen hilfreich! Die Erreichbarkeit ist öffentlich gut, wir sind jedoch alles zu Fuß gegangen. Die Wohngegend ist wirklich toll, außerdem sind ausreichend Bars, Restaurants und Cafes im Umkreis! Ich empfehle dieses Airbnb!

We hebben fijne dagen gehad. De studio is erg schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Binnen 10 minuten ben je bij een metro station, zo hebben wij Milaan kunnen ontdekken! Mirella is een fijne host en er lagen veel tips in de studio voor leuke restaurantjes.

Sehr große und wirklich schöne Wohnung in Como. Da wir sehr gerne Kochen hat und die Ausstattung und Einrichtung der Küche komplett begeistert, absolut Top. Die Busstation in Richtung Como Centro ist nicht weit entfernt, das Auto stehen zu lassen macht aufgrund der Staus in Como Sinn. Unser Fazit: Wenn Como dann auf jeden Fall bei Massimo. Anne und Frank sagen Grazie Massimo und Arreviderci.

I had a great stay, the place was clean, tidy, and exactly as expected from the photos. It had everything I needed for my work trip, with plenty of useful amenities and a very comfortable bed. The property felt safe, secure, and was nice and quiet, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The location was convenient, and the host was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout. I’d happily stay again!

Marcelo is a great host and he was quick to respond to all your needs and question . His place is very clean and well organize. He is very clear on instructions and personality welcome us . I will highly recommend Marcelo’s place to my relatives and friends .

Perfect adorable apartment in perfect location to enjoy all Milan has to offer! The beds were super comfortable. Apartment is bigger than it looks in pictures! Super easy to get into building. Fabulous gelato place steps away.

Five minutes to two different metro lines. Lots of bars and restaurants in every direction. Just around the corner from a grocery store. Feels very peaceful up in the attic with great views. The place is more spacious than we expected. Nice to have laundry and a full kitchen. Please note that there are exterior blinds on the windows so you can sleep in darkness in the morning.

Magnifique maison, parfaite pour quelques jours entre amis ou en famille. L'espace est grand et parfait pour les grands groupes. Les hôtes sont très réactifs par message ce qui rend l'arrivée très facile.

Das Haus liegt wunderschön in der Natur, es ist ruhig und doch nahe beim Funicolare. Die Betten sind gut, wir haben super geschlafen. Es ist auch eine gute Basis, um Wanderungen und Ausflüge nach Como zu machen. Achtung: Zu Stosszeiten ist die Schlange vor dem Funicolare sehr lang! Leider haben wir im Haus an verschiedenen Stellen Tierhaare gefunden. Ausserdem kamen immer wieder Ameisen zu Besuch. Die Kommunikation ist ok, aber nicht sehr persönlich. Es scheint niemand vor Ort zu sein, der einem bei Bedarf helfen kann.

Sergio was very hospitable and accommodating. He provided extras upon check-in and even helped us order take away when we arrived late at night. He answered questions for us and provided local recommendations. The house was very unique, neat, and clean, with nice private outdoor garden areas.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Der Pool ist eine gute Abkühlung. Die Unterkunft ist funktional eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Es gibt auch leckere Restaurants in der Nähe und man kann relativ schnell mit dem Auto oder Bus und Bahn nach Mailand gelangen. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft also für ein Paar oder eine kleine Familie gut geeignet und zu empfehlen.

Mario welcomed us with arms open to his beautiful home! The house was beautiful as in the pictures, very quiet. Mario helped us with anything we needed at any time. We felt very at home! We recommend to anyone who wants to have a peaceful home in a beautiful place with an amazing host to come to mario’s home. It is also close by driving to a big supermarket and to all the attractions this area has to offer. We definitely will be back again!!

wir waren wegen der möbelmesse in milano zu fünft unterwegs... zur messe rho hatten wir nur 20 min. !! es hatte genügend platz für unsere 2 autos... die in einem geschützten bereich parkiert waren . das haus selber ist ein bisschen in die jahre gekommen aber in einem sehr guten zustand und gut eingerichtet . ( schöner und grosser garten / alles geschützt mit einem zaun ) im haus selber hat es 3 grosse schlafzimmer und 2 bäder... im unteren stock hat es sogar ein drittes bad . wohnzimmer und küche.. gross ! uns hat der aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und danken alberto für seine unkomplizierte und zuverlässige art . wir kommen wieder... :-)

Ottimo alloggio, posizione molto comoda (a cca 10 min a piedi dalla metropolitana). Casa pulita e ben arredata, dotata di ogni cosa che possa servire. Host molto gentile e disponibile. Posto macchina all'interno del cortile. La consiglio assolutamente!
