Zum Apartment gehört: ein Schlafzimmer (bezogenes Doppelbett 180x200cm, ein Babybett 60x90cm kann dazu gestellt werden), ein Wohnraum mit einer Küchenzeile. Die Küche verfügt über zwei Herdplatten, einen kleinen Ofen, Spüle, usw. Ein Bad mit Dusche und WC. Ein Eingangsbereich mit Garderobe. Ein Freisitz mit Tisch und zwei Stühlen. Ein separater eigener Zugang, eine Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder oder Ski, kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Haus, Mitbenutzung der Waschmaschine und W-Lan.

Our house is located in Rüdenschwinden in one of the most beautiful low mountain ranges in Germany. Rüdenschwinden is a small, charming village not far from the Schwarzes Moor and Fladungen. The vacation home is detached and surrounded by a 600 square meter, fully fenced garden. Here everyone will find a place to relax, play or linger. Dogs are also welcome. The property has a car parking space. From the two balconies you can enjoy a scenic view.

The apartments are located in Irmelshausen Castle, a particularly historical ambience. In the castle park you can relax and enjoy the tranquility. Children can use the playhouse, sandbox, nest swing or slagline and trampoline to romp, the adults read a book on the daybeds.

Our aim is to welcome guests with a dog as well as the ones without into a friendly, cosy atmosphere. The appartment is at the edge of Oberelsbach - ideally for hikes. Basic shopping is possible and there is a nice café, a gas station and a pharmacy. Hiking and Cycling trails start directly from the house. But also there are bus lines which opperate in different directions as well as right into the heart of the hiking area.
