The story of Maison Achard & Fils is first and foremost a family story, in Chamaret, in the Drôme Provençale. In the middle of 1 ha of oaks, the owner built this dry stone property entirely, after drawing up his plans. It's a lifetime project, a project that started 20 years ago. In 2023, we are writing a new chapter in the history of our farmhouse, with the opening of a 45 m2 annex, Suite No. 1, intended to accommodate a couple while ensuring excellence and tranquility, surrounded by nature.

Private entry, bed/bath, parking, 500m to town

We renovated our old stone home to create a peaceful bedroom and large bathroom for our parents, but now it's perfect for guests. You'll have your own garden entrance, comfortable bed (choose king or twins), double sinks, shower and tub, indoor & outdoor seating, a Senseo coffee maker, hot water pot, mini-fridge, and microwave, but no hot plate. Central heating, outdoor lighting and ample parking including a covered area for bikes/motorcycles. Non-smokers only and no pets, please.

Ideally located between Grenoble & Valence, at the foot of the Vercors & hills, along the Véloroute 63, our house from the end of the 18th century has just been renovated. It was built following a great famine and financed with 1 bag of wheat... it is steeped in history. Built in the shade of walnut trees & a typical Bas-Dauphiné walnut dryer from 1744 (1 of 2 dryers in the region), our house "in the countryside" has everything to make you feel good and rested in any season.

The accommodation features a private terrace and a large park shared with the property's residents. In the summer, you will enjoy the comfort of air conditioning and a garden lounge area. If you are coming as a family with your baby, we have all the necessary equipment (crib, bathtub, play mat, baby bouncer, etc.). The cottage is located a 10-minute walk from the center of Die and a 5-minute walk from the train station. We also provide bicycles for guests.

In the heart of a village labeled "village of character" on the ground floor of an old house from the Renaissance period, this 58 m2 accommodation can accommodate 4 people. It will welcome you for a quiet and relaxing stay. It has an inner courtyard, the sheltered part of which has furniture. The accommodation consists of a large room with kitchen and living room area, a bedroom with a 140 bed, a vaulted area with sofa bed and a bathroom with toilet.

25 m2 studio on the ground floor of a cottage located in a charming little village at the foot of the Vercors. Just 15 km south of Grenoble by expressway. Numerous hiking, trail and mountain bike trails, nearby climbing site. Nearest ski resort 30 minutes away (Gresse-en-Vercors). 4-star furnished tourist accommodation: 65 m2 in a green setting. The private terrace overlooks a forest of oaks and pines with views of the hills. A bedroom with a double bed (hotel quality) and an en-suite bathroom + a fully equipped open kitchen and overlooking a living room with 2 single sofa beds. Fully equipped, pool shared with the owners We'll be happy to share the good spots in the area if guests are up for it.

Quiet in a green environment, with stunning views, the location is ideal for discovering Beaujolais. Direct departure for walks, wine tastings, come and discover our beautiful villages in Pierres Dorées. We'll be happy to advise you. ⚠️it should be noted that to access the accommodation there is an outdoor metal staircase with steps in calbotis. Avoid if you have knee problems or if your pets don't go down the stairs.

Welcome to the vaulted suite, a space with singular charm with a separate entrance (low and atypical door) and a private terrace, located in a building dating from 1800. Here, no Wi-Fi, but very good 4G coverage: an ideal setting to disconnect and enjoy the calm.
