Medieval Fort, Sud Ardèche stunning loft with pool

Formally a fortified castle “Fort de La Bastide “ was constructed on the site of a Roman military station. The earliest historical mention is 1417 and it's long history includes an invasion in 1584 by Protestants during the period of the Huguenot wars. The fort has maintained many original features including the old stone staircase at the front door leading up to a 4 bedroomed loft apartment . There is full access to the large garden including an 10mx4m in-ground heated swimming pool .

Our master bedroom offers a timeless stay with breathtaking view over the hills of Massif Central. With its large volumes, Versailles parquet flooring and monumental fireplace, the room is at the heart of this property, which belongs to the same family since 1781. With a large terrace at your disposal, and the exclusive use of the swimming pool (open after May 30th) and grounds, you're guaranteed a unique and rejuvenating stay. It's our promise of a happy break.

Yvette & Michele's B&B, Room with two beds

In the heart of the historic building, you can enjoy the pleasure of staying in the room with a mini-pool for your exclusive use, with four hydromassage stations and a waterfall for neck massages. The hot tub can be used as you wish from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., and is located inside the room. The water temperature is maintained between about 30 °C and 34 °C and is sanitized with chlorine for safe bathing. In addition, the room is equipped with a ventilation system.

We will welcome you to our village house, in adobe, in a green setting in the countryside, close to Bourgoin-Jallieu, 6 km from the A43 and A 48 between Lyon, Grenoble and Chambéry (30 min). It's an ideal stopover on the way to sun and skiing. You can also come and discover the north of Dauphiné. Breakfasts, included in the room price, will be served in our kitchen or, if the weather is nice, in the shade of the arbor on the terrace.

Let yourself be seduced by this adorable stone house in an authentic and quiet setting in the Chartreuse National Park, where only deer and foxes will eventually wake you up. You will be 10 minutes from Saint Hilaire du Touvet, a world-class gliding site, 20 minutes from Les Sept Laux for skiing and 15 minutes from Crolles. Coffee or tea is offered and towels are provided, you can use the kitchen at your convenience.

Cabin

Round room set in the holm oaks above the stream with a suspended terrace. Bathtub, toilet, sink, double bed. The cabin is located above the Lou Abeilhs farmhouse with a bird's eye view of the valley. To access it from the parking lot there is a small path of 150 m and about forty steps. To share with another couple, on the large terrace at the bottom an outdoor kitchen, fully equipped, is at your disposal.

We will welcome you in the heart of a village of the Golden Stones of Beaujolais, in an exceptional setting, in the countryside, conducive to walks, relaxation, rest... In a large, fully renovated golden stone building, you will enjoy a spacious bedroom on the ground floor with an adjoining bathroom and toilet. Our desire is to make you have a very pleasant quiet stay in our tastefully decorated guest room.

Combaz d'Amont 3 Apartment

You are looking for a quiet place , in full nature ? Hikes on the doorstep? Close to touristic areas of our region ? Easy to arrive by train , then come . We have a small holding of Black Nose sheep from the Valais . They fill us with happiness and you could spend lots of time cuddling them . I use their wool for weaving carpets and I would show you my workshop with great pleasure.
