I had an excellent experience during my stay. The apartment was clean, well organized and in full compliance with what was advertised. All the items worked perfectly, providing comfort and tranquility. The location is another strong point, being strategic and easily accessible. I also highlight the communication with the host, which was always clear, fast and cordial, which contributed significantly to a peaceful stay. I highly recommend the accommodation and would certainly return at the next opportunity.

I found the space ideal for short stays, exact as written in the listing description. In addition, the service I had was very good, even good: kind, fast, practical and resolutive. I will definitely return to space when I need to stay in BH. And look, another very positive point: location. I was passionate about the avenue where the previous one is located: a lot of good place to eat, busy, has live music, ice cream shops and some cafes. And has a very cheap bakery next to rs. Two only points that I think deserve attention, but that do not take away the quality of the place: the television, because it locked a lot and turned on when I turned on the air conditioner; and the curtain that does not cover the sunlight much. Return, very nice!

Nardin was the one who welcomed us, explaining the operation and logistics of the house, handed over the keys and also adjusted the check-out time, according to the last-minute professional demand that was presented to him. The house was a find, as we wanted a space to spend family time and eventually receive family during our visit to Brazil. The house is spacious and allows you to enjoy all the comforts as if you were at home, unlike a hotel where you are just guests. Helder was very attentive and careful during all moments of our stay. Great area to explore Belo Horizonte. The apartment is close to lots of restaurants and shops, with very cheap and easily accessible Uber rides. The room was well air conditioned and we had plenty of space. The only downside was that the hot tub didn’t work, which had been part of our reason for choosing this place.
