Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in State of Minas Gerais

An impeccable place. The penthouse is extremely well divided and cozy, of inexplicable comfort. A breathtaking view. And the host thought of absolutely everything to offer a great experience, even comfortable bathrobes were available in the room. I'll definitely be back

I would like to give a tip to describe what is in the apt, such as kitchen and bathroom items. I didn't know it had a sandwich maker and hair dryer. I took my dryer and it wasn't necessary. I missed having an available floor cloth, sink cloth and trash bags and asked to leave the dishes washed, but I had no detergent and I had to go out to buy. The coffee maker did not work, we called and the water leaked all underneath with coffee and we found no cloth to clean. I ended up picking up a dishcloth. The apartment is very comfortable, good bed, good shower, spacious bathroom. We found it easy to check in and check out and the location is good. Recommend! I've only described points that are easy to improve. thank you

Second time we've stayed at this accommodation, the place has a great location and the apartment is super complete, it has a little bit of everything, lots to do around and the building is very safe.

Eduardo's apartment is beautiful, just like in the photos. It has a beautiful view. It has many cooking utensils if you want. Very comfortable, a few minutes from downtown. Very quiet, very peaceful condominium. It's worth getting to know!

This apartment is a little dream, compact in the most charming way. Every detail felt so thoughtful. From the curated design objects to the vintage furniture, everything had soul. We slept wonderfully up on the mezzanine, in the rose-colored bedding, which I really loved :) Waking up to that view each morning made it all feel a little cinematic. Vítor was incredibly kind, helpful, and always just a message away. The neighborhood felt safe, and getting around was super easy. Ubers were always nearby. There’s even a small washing machine for light laundry loads. Truly, this place had everything we needed and more. Highly, highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The house is extremely well maintained and very equipped - all kitchen accessories, sheets, blankets, towels, shampoo, soap, everything. All new and clean. Cristina is a 10-note host, helped us with what we need and always responded very quickly. The house despite being on the street is very safe and quiet. The neighborhood is great with many restaurants nearby and very close to Ribeirão Shopping.

Once again, we had an unforgettable experience at Lisa's dream house in Tiradentes! This is the second time we've stayed here, and every detail remains charming. Turning the year in this magical retreat, with the babies, was simply special. The house is cozy, impeccable and conveys a unique energy. Lisa, as always, was an amazing host, and Rosinha deserves a special mention: she assisted us with all her affection and promptness, making us feel even more at home. We can't wait for our next stay! The place is absolutely beautiful. It’s comfortable, the bedrooms and bathrooms were all really well equipped, cleaned and decorated. The view from de terrace is amazing. Francisca and her husband were in charge of our breakfast and house cleaning, they were super welcoming and always available for us. We loved and super enjoy our stay at Tiagos place! Hope we can visit again soon!

It was a lovely stay. The hosts' house is beautiful with a very well-designed architectural project! Spacious, clean, well decorated, quality furniture and with everything you need for a couple and/or family stay. The whole house is immersed in nature. We were able to enjoy nature inside and outside the house. The place is quiet and in a colder part of the city, which provided delicious cold nights with a fire and fireplace. We took advantage of everything the house offered and the desire was not to leave. Blankets, bedding, heaters and fireplace present and working perfectly. Kitchen equipped with beautiful and complete crockery with sets. Everyone loved the house and we would return next time. A solitary hostess who is always quickly available to assist us.
