Perfectly equipped with everything you need, it is ideal for couples who want to enjoy an unforgettable stay in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Valencia✨. The apartment is located on the ground floor. Our cozy apartment is located on the ground floor of the building and can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people🏠. 1 minute walk from the beach. With 45 m², it has one bedroom, full bathroom and integrated kitchen with living room, all in one environment. The bedroom features a 135 x 190 cm double bed with a new mattress for optimal rest 🛏️ and also a 175 x 80 cm armchair bed for a third person to sleep. The apartment has very good ventilation and hot/cold air conditioning. The room receives a lot of natural light, creating a cozy atmosphere🌿✨. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, an oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a coffee maker and an electric kettle🍳☕. Includes basic condiments and laundry detergent, avoiding unnecessary expenses. There is a table for 2 people with chairs, perfect for couples meals🍽️. Full bathroom with a shower tray🚿, amenities like gel, shampoo, hand soap and hairdryer. Linens and towels are also included🛁. The entire apartment is exclusive to guests. Completely new and design.

Wherever you look, you'll see the sea 🌊 Waking up to the sound of the waves, having breakfast while watching the sunrise over the sea ☀️ going outside and finding two beaches right in front of the house 🏖️ taking a dip in the pool 🏊🏼‍♀️ organizing a special meal on the terrace and ending with a “siesta” on the sofas while sunbathing… Does that sound good to you?
