The house is a haven of peace with the best temperatures throughout the year, with beautiful sunsets and just a 5-minute drive to the village's amenities, 20 minutes to the beach and 40 minutes to Valencia.

We completely renovated it in 2019 to enjoy it ourselves and share it with you when my wife and I cannot go. So you will find all the comforts of home, such as dishwasher, food processor, etc. There is also a pool belonging to the building and a (slightly challanging) underground garage. We are 100 meters from the village, with an atmosphere where you can breathe in peace and quiet. In the front garden, there are some trees, an orchard, and a maze with 700 cypresses. Behind is the terrace where you can take in the views of the Cavall Verd mountain, where breakfast will be a spectacle.
