A 25 km de la ciudad de Valencia y 10 km de la playa de Cullera, una de las más grandes y turísticas de la provincia. Totalmente equipado para cualquier época del año: aire acondicionado, calefacción, ventiladores de techo, calefactores, TV con internet y cocina con básicos (café, azúcar, sal y aceite).

A balcony to the sea - Front line, facing the sea

A balcony to the Mediterranean, in the best area of Cullera beach, with the whole front wall of folding glass, so that the beach is part of your living room. We completely renovated it in 2019 to enjoy it ourselves and share it with you when my wife and I cannot go. So you will find all the comforts of home, such as dishwasher, food processor, etc. There is also a pool belonging to the building and a (slightly challanging) underground garage. It's our dream and now it can be yours too

Esta magnifica casa será el lugar favorito de vacaciones de toda la familia, por su ubicación en primera linea de playa, en una zona muy tranquila, sin aglomeraciones. Además, es una casa a la que no le falta detalle, bien mantenida y super limpia. La casa cuenta con un garaje privado para hasta 3 coches, 4 habitaciones dobles, 2 baños completos y para las noches de invierno, estufa de pellets :)
