The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. Das individuelle Gästehaus liegt am Ende des 6ha großen Anwesens. Ein ehemaliger Stall ist heute ein mit viel Sorgfalt und Liebe zum Detail umgestaltetes Refugium für 4 Personen. Im EG befindet sich die Küche mit Essbereich und Kamin, ein Schlafzimmer und ein großes Badezimmer mit freistehender Badewanne. Das 1. OG besteht aus einem loftartigen Studio mit großer Fensterfront, in dem ein weiteres Doppelbett steht. Dort gibt es außerdem einen weiteren Kamin, einen Flügel und eine große Eckcouch.
