From October to April, the house is intended for 4 people, as the 2 beds are in an unheated annex. Real holiday coziness. 200 m to a child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing for trout and mackerel, among other things. The price does not include linen, cloths, dish towels, towels. This can be purchased for 75,- (10 euros) extra/person. This apartment is located in a small village 3 km from Rudkøbing on Midtlangeland. The apartment is in the main house on an old family farm. There is NO kitchen in the apartment, but a small fridge, electric kettle, microwave and service. There is also the possibility (most days) to buy breakfast for DKK 90 per person. (Children under 12 years, DKK 50) On Langeland, there is beautiful nature and nice beaches. The nearest beach is about 3 km away. Svendborg/Fyn (20 km) is not far away.

Den lille charmerende bjælkehytte er omgivet af gårdens æblehave, sø med ænder og fisk, adskillige terrasser og en spændende have fyldt med små kroge. En perfekt måde at bo midt i naturen. Langholm er og har været en slægtsgård i over 80år og oser af nostalgi, hygge og gode historier. Gården ligger tæt på indkøbsmuligheder. Vi er til at tale med :)

There is a view of the garden, and in the background, the old mill from Johannes Larsen can be enjoyed. There are chickens in the garden. Here, you can enjoy a cozy atmosphere and museum visits. Less than 2 km to Great Northen and SPA. 5 minutes to one of Funen's best mini golf courses.

Unique 30 m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.

Gæstehuset er med eget badeværelse og køkken. Der er egen indgang og parkering. Passer godt til en overnatning eller to, når man er på farten. Ikke et sommerhus. Lejer kan tjekke ind uden vært.
