The house is therefore suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 young children. You get the morning sun on the porch on the front of the house and afternoon/evening sun on the porch on the back of the house. Gas grill on the porch. Plenty of parking space and electric car charger in the garage.

It is 15 min to Risør city center and to Tvedestrand. 10 km to Brokelandsheia with, among other things, the small zoo and Euro -spar. Two km to the village Søndeled with Kiwibutikk (open on Sundays in summer) and swimming facilities. Nice marked hiking trails nearby. Kristiansand Zoo is 1 hour away. Pleasant cottage near Lyngør

In this place, your family can stay close to everything, in a place where it is both nice to relax and easy to find many activities. The cabin is from 2015 and of high standard. It is just over 100m to walk to a nice sandy beach, swimming and boat jetty. Large and cozy terrace in an atrium location, as well as a boat (15 ft archipelago jeep, with 60 hp outboard motor) and three kayaks (two for adults and one for children). The boat is not available early in the spring. There is a road all the way up.

Great newer cabin (completed 2022) on Kallerberget in Risør with stunning views of the lake. The cabin is located in a new and family-friendly cabin area about 10 minutes by car or boat from Risør city center. There is a road all the way to the cabin and parking space for four cars on the plot. Good hiking areas nearby, e.g. hiking trail along the coast into Risør city center and hiking trail to Fransåsen.
