Cottage by Sandnesfjorden in Risør. There are 2 bedrooms in the cottage with double bed in one room and two single beds in the other. In addition, there is a single bed in the sleeping alcove in the kitchen, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. Boat space available. Loaded electricity and water. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Short way to Risør and Tvedestrand. Nice hike - and, swimming areas nearby. The cabin is in the same area as we also have a cabin in, so consideration for each other must be shown if we are there at the same time.

Cottage by the sea with private beach and jetty

Lovely summer place on Borøya outside Tvedestrand. Only 3h drive from Oslo and 15 min. to Tvedestrand town with all amenities. This is a special place. Originally it is a boat building, but we have turned it into a summer place with 4 bedrooms with 8 beds + 2 extra on the sofa bed in the living room on the 2nd floor. With 2 bathrooms, there is plenty of room for 2 families who want to travel together. We also have a private beach, as well as a large jetty, which is deep enough as well for sailboats. You can drive down and there is easy access and parking.

Family cabin. Very child-friendly. about 5-10 minutes to walk to swimming area by the sea. Great views. Peaceful and quiet. Ample outdoor space. New bathroom from 2023. Dishwasher and running water. Trampoline and zip line on the plot. Grass plan for ball games. Cabin with three sleeping rooms, kitchen, living room, laundry room and loft. Rooftop terrace. Annex with bedroom. There is a baby bed and chair, and some extra mattresses in the loft. Out of the loft on the second floor you will find the roof terrace. 2 kayaks: 1 single and 1 double kayak

Lyngørsundet, Gjevingmyra Gård

A peaceful place surrounded by beautiful Nature: forest, sea and lake and mountains with views. An older farmhouse with 6 beds as well as a boathouse with 4 beds are rented out together. Private jetty in Lyngørsundet with 2 boat places. Trampoline, barn with lots of toys for the kids, hens. Take a romantic paddle trip rowboat or by canoe in lake, rent a motor boat and travel on discovery journey through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in private lake. Nice hiking terrain . Exploring oneself and nature 💚

Apartment by the sea w/jetty

The apartment is located on a beautiful, west facing and sunny fjord property, with access to its own jetty. To Risør city center it is a nice walk of about 20 min. or bike ride in 7 min. - here you can park your car in your own parking lot and leave it during your stay. The apartment contains living room w dining area and lounge w TV. - A small kitchen, richly equipped. Bedroom with 4 bunks, duvets / pillows / bedsheets and covers. Bathroom with shower and laundry machine. Heat in all floors. Internet.

Gode bade og fiskemuligheter fra felles bryggeanlegg og barnevennlige badestrender i nærheten. Godt utstyrt for lek, avslapning samt matlaging. For nysgjerrige og aktive er det utallige muligheter for kyststier, øy-utflukter, sykling, skogsturer, padling, båtliv, restaurantbesøk, se vakre sørlandsperler, klatrepark, Raet nasjonalpark, Kristiansand dyrepark. Kort vei til matbutikk.

Holmesund

Nyt late dager i dette idylliske Sørlandshuset. Havutsikten fra kjøkken og stue må oppleves. Huset ligger i en stor frodig hage med frukttrær og bærbusker, og har egen brygge. Huset er nylig renovert og har nytt bad med regndusj, håndkletørker og varmekabler. Kjøkkenet er utstyrt med alt man kan ønske seg av hvitevarer og annet kjøkkenutstyr. Gjestene kan fritt bruke husets to havkajakker og motorbåten for å utforske området eller handle mat.

Cabin 41 Risør. Sea view, large terrace, lots of sun

Hammerlia 41 is in a great location with a view to the sea at Nesodden Brygge at the heart of Sørfjorden in idyllic Risør. Two sandy beaches nearby and bathing jetty (200m.) Hiking terrain and short road to Risør city centre (10 min w/car) Motorboat (14-16ft/9.9-60hp ) can be rented. The cabin is now upgraded (May 2025) with two super comfortable continental double beds (180x200) Three of the other beds will also be upgraded.

Hommen gård, Villmarkscamp (Hele campen)

Wilderness camp with simple standard which consists of different types of small houses. The BBQ cabin has accommodation for up to 7 people on mattresses, with fireplace in the middle. An old stables have decorated 4 large beds and a wood-fired oven. Gapahuk with sitting benches filled with reindeer skin and fireplace. Kitchen bar with cooking facilities on gas burners. There is access to water and 12 volt power systems.
