There are quite a few meters to a refreshing sea bath at the bathing bridge in front of Lighthouse. The home has a modern look with walls in raw concrete and contains a toilet, kitchen and dining area on the lower level. On the first floor, there is a bathroom, a sleeping area with a double bed, and a sofa bed in the living room - which can be used for 2 people.

Child-friendly area with forest right next door and many playgrounds. Free parking in front of the block. The car can be seen from the apartment. There's a key box. Towels and bed linen freshly washed in allergy-friendly detergent.

The location of the home at Bassin 7 means that during your stay you are close to the harbor swimming pool, cafes, restaurants, shopping, etc. Take a walk along the promenade, take the fishing rod out on the pier, take a dip in the harbor pool, see the view from the Lighthouse (142 m) or eat at one of the many new restaurants and cafes in the nearby area. The exciting and varied city life pleases most people.

The house is only a 10-minute bike ride from Aarhus city center and yet you don't feel like you are in the city. Start the day with a dip or head down to the local bakery. The suburb of Risskov has a nice shopping, cafe and restaurant environment where you can find everything your heart desires. Samtidig er der på Aarhus Ø masser af byliv med teater, cafeer, restauranter, indkøb og vandsport lige om hjørnet. Lejlighed er i 2 plan med egen indgang og udsigt til bugten og Risskov.
