Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Riva di Solto

Siamo stati ospiti allo chalet di Adamo solo per qualche giorno ma è stata un'esperienza indimenticabile. La casa è ben tenuta sia all'interno che all'esterno, con tutti i comfort e ben attrezzata. Anche Fara, la nostra bimba pelosa, si è subito ambientata ed ha apprezzato soprattutto l'area esterna che circonda tutta la casa. Marco è stato sempre disponibile e ci ha fornito anche valide indicazioni riguardo i vari percorsi da fare in zona. Abbiamo avuto anche il piacere di fare la conoscenza di Adamo che ha gradito le nostre insalate. Ci ritorneremo volentieri

Wir haben eine sehr erholsame Woche in Federicos gepflegtem Haus und Umgebung verbracht. Uns gefiel die ruhige Lage der Unterkunft und der Blick in die Berge sehr. Besonders schön war es, den Morgenkaffee in den ersten Sonnenstrahlen am Haus im wunderschönen Garten zu genießen oder am späteren Nachmittag etwas Lesezeit auf den Liegestühlen in der Sonne unter den Palmen zu verbringen. Toll ist auch der helle und gemütliche Wintergarten für alle Mahlzeiten. Federico ist ein warmherziger Gastgeber und stets erreichbar bei Fragen oder für Absprachen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Wir waren eine Woche mit unseren zwei kleinen Kindern dort und haben uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Silvia hat das Haus mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und besonders auch an Familien gedacht – es gab sogar Spielzeug für die Kleinen, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für Familien geeignet – gemütlich, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Silvia und ihre Familie haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und waren während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn wir wieder an den Iseo-See reisen, kommen wir ganz sicher wieder! <3

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt. Alles war makellos sauber. Die Einrichtung und die gesamte Ausstattung ist liebevoll und bis ins Detail durchdacht. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Kommunikation von Beginn an schnell und sehr informativ. Wir kommen wieder!

Die Wohnung liegt absolut traumhaft direkt an der Promenade, sehr zentral, ist aber trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Sie ist sehr geräumig ( wir waren zu zweit) , sauber und entspricht den Fotos . Absolutes Highlight ist die Dachterrasse , von der man einen wunderbaren Blick auf den See hat. Der Kontakt mit Gianmario verlief unkompliziert, auf Fragen nach dem Check- In hat er sofort reagiert und weitergeholfen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Un accueil et un lieu merveilleux ! Encore merci à Ivana pour toutes les attentions et ce logement exceptionnellement propre et agréable. Un vrai havre de paix, qui permet à la fois de découvrir les montagnes lombardes et d’accéder au lac de Côme rapidement. Un des meilleurs Airbnb que j’ai pu faire !

We had the best time at Lorena, Carlo and Nicola’s place! The view is absolutely stunning, even better than the photos. The porch and garden are spacious and luxurious. The kitchen and bathroom have everything you need and the bed is super comfortable. Everything within the apartment is good quality - Lorena, Carlo and Nicola have thought of everything! They are very friendly and helpful, and even treated us to a delicious homemade lasagna and tiramisu on our first night, which was so appreciated after a big day of travel. Carlo also drove us to the ferry station on our last morning so we didn’t have to walk with our luggage. Thank you so much Lorena, Carlo and Nicola!

Clelia ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Man fühlt sich wohl und willkommen. Wir wurden mit leckeren Lebensmitteln versorgt. Alles war da, sehr schön! Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in diesem außergewöhnlichen Anwesen mit traumhaften Blick auf den Lago di Garda. Wir waren eine Woche zu Gast im Apartment Allegro und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Sehr schön eingerichtet und die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen braucht. Der Garten und der Pool sind einfach nur toll, von überall aus hat man einen sehr schönen Blick auf den Gardasee. Die Kommunikation mit Pietro und Fabrizio war super, sie haben sehr schnell auf Fragen reagiert und waren immer erreichbar.

Alles stimmte und passte und war sehr gepflegt. Wir hatten eine freundliche Kommunikation. Matteo war immer gleich zur Stelle, wenn wir Fragen hatten und war sehr freundlich. Matteo hat vorrausschauend für unser Wohl gesorgt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem eingerichtet, was nötig ist. Es ist alles praktisch angelegt. Traumhaft, die Wohnung mit großen Fenstertüren zum Garten, zum See. Eine Wiese im Schatten mit Olivenbäumen, sehr gepflegten Blumenbeeten. Gartenmöbel sowohl fürs Frühstück und auch zum Ausruhen. Und dazu alles an der Uferpromenade des Sees, wenige Meter zum Badestrand. Sehr ruhig und angenehm anzuschauen. Es ist ein Ort an den wir gerne wieder zurückkommen.

Haben uns bei Silvia gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Lage ist schön ruhig in den Bergen gelegen mit tollem Ausblick über dem See. Wir waren mit 2 Fahrrädern dort, die wir sicher auf dem Balkon abstellen konnten. Die Lage eignet sich perfekt für Wanderungen / Mountainbike Touren in den umliegenden Bergen. Gerne wieder!

Het was echt droomhuisje voor onze huwelijksreis met prachtig uitzicht over het meer. Buiten 2 lekkere ligbedden en tafel met 4 stoelen. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug.

Federico's apartment is in a perfect location in Bergamo - right beside great restaurants and many nice bars. It was wonderful to have such a beautiful sunny terrace. The apartment itself is a little smaller and darker than the photos suggest but it's still very comfortable and great value. I would stay here again.

Ci siamo recati in questa località per un tranquillo weekend sul lago d'Iseo. L'alloggio è curato, ordinato e garantisce una vista mozzafiato sul lago d'Iseo e su tutta la valle (vale da solo il prezzo del soggiorno). La zona si presta a molteplici attività di svago (trekking, escursioni, ma anche delle semplici passeggiate sul lungolago nei paesi limitrofi). L'alloggio, pur non avendo dimensioni eccessive, è perfetto per una coppia, e nella sua semplicità ci ha fatto stare benissimo. L'host, Silvia, si è dimostrata estremamente disponibile e pronta a rispondere a qualsiasi quesito/problema. Consigliatissimo!

We had a great time in the apartment. Everything was exactly like on the photos, from the terrace we even had lake view. We especially enjoyed the quiet area, we had the pool always for ourselves and you reach the lake within 5 minutes by feet. Tiziana and Marco live right nextdoor, but we didn’t notice them. They were great hosts, always answered super fast when we had questions and welcomed us with a big breakfast selection for our stay. We would always come back! 💛

We enjoyed our stay at Marta's place. The apartment was well-located in a quiet, residential area, with a pleasant 15-minute walk into town and to the ferry terminal. It felt more like a real home than a holiday rental, with thoughtful touches that made it easy to feel at home. Everything was clean and well-equipped, and we appreciated having a washing machine and kitchen to self-cater when we wanted. Check-in was seamless thanks to the video instructions Marta sent ahead of time (though a small note on how to locate the apartment from the street would have been helpful — it’s tucked away, which adds to the peace and quiet once you find it!). Communication was quick and friendly throughout, and the local recommendations were a nice touch. We’d happily return if visiting the area again. Grazie mille!

This is my second time staying at Walter and Mariuccia’s place. I love their home because we really feel at our home. They are very kind and responsive hosts. Again, I love their surroundings. Mountains, rivers, cute cities close by. I highly recommend their place to stay and for sure I will go back again.

Spacious apartment for two couples. Great shower, comfy bed, lovely view from our 7th floor balcony of the Castello and the Duomo. Easy parking under cover across the road. So close to the train station for our next city.

Tutto perfetto, dalla cortesia e disponibilità dei proprietari alla casa che è un gioiellino, bella, pulitissima e con tutto il necessario per poter soggiornare anche solo una notte senza doversi portare dietro tutto. Davvero una splendida esperienza e le foto non rendono la bellissima vista.

het verblijf was zeer aangenaam. Zeer netjes! Cindy reageerde ook als je iets moest weten en gaf je tips om het verblijf nog aangenamer te maken, ik raad het iedereen aan. Nogmaals bedankt voor het aangenaam verblijf!

Excellent accueil de Martina qui a été à nos petits soins durant tout notre séjour. C'est une personne généreuse et chaleureuse. L'appartement est agréable au pied de la città alta, très propre et très bien équipé .
