Honestly, Deborah was the perfect host for several reasons. Beyond being incredibly kind and understanding, she really tuned into what I needed. I mentioned that this was my first time in a town like this and that I was hoping to hibernate for a few days, and her place felt like the perfect fit. She went above and beyond to make the check-in process smooth, even offering to pick me up from the train station and take me to the grocery store—on a Sunday, no less, when most places were closed and options were limited. Her home was serene, even more beautiful than the photos, and I immediately felt safe and at ease in the neighbourhood. I also loved how central it was to most things, like a spa, fruit/vegetable store, cafes, restaurants and convenience stores. In a world that often feels like it’s growing less kind, Deborah truly understands the heart of hospitality. :)

Apart from the fact that it is not very convenient without Wi-Fi, everything else is good, it is a five-minute walk to the exhibition hall, which is perfect for people attending the exhibition.

You can stay in a historic house full of character, located in the most beautiful part of Rimini—right in the heart of life. Surrounded by wonderful restaurants, you can enjoy the vibrant atmosphere just outside your door, with two chairs at the entrance while your child sleeps peacefully inside. You won’t miss a moment of life. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Awesome stay! Very friendly host

We had a wonderful time in Remini. Grazia's apartment was very clean and modern. Communication was very easy and fast. The location could not be better - beautiful and quiet but so close to grocery/market and local attractions. Beautiful evenings could be spent at the quiet outdoor patio restaurant across the cobble street overlooking the bridge. Thank you Grazia!

A very comfortable place to stay. We utilised the garden and it was great to have that space. Beds were very comfortable. Maybe extra pillows and wine glasses would be a nice addition. Also more detailed instructions regarding heating, bins would be useful. That said, no complaints at all. We had a great stay.

House with a wonderful garden, nestled in the hills of Romagna. It turned out to be the perfect accommodation for us and our dog, who were looking for a quiet place, but a few minutes' drive from the city. The garden (completely fenced) always has large shaded areas during the day. The house has everything you need for both short and long stays: kitchen with plenty of dishes, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and good wifi connection. Mauro is a very active host: we had a small setback during check-in and he resolved it immediately. The ideal solution for those looking for a few days of absolute peace!

Patrizia's apartment was very comfortable and friendly. I don't mind walking, so I walked all over the place. There is also a bus stop within a 6-minute walk, so you can conveniently go anywhere.

Marina and her husband are exquisite people, able to make you feel at home from the first minute. Very available, they offer a very comfortable accommodation (a few minutes walk from the sea and downtown), functional and also perfect for a family like us with small children.

We had found the apartment and especially its location and decor appealed to us. It is not the cheapest apartment there but well worth it for the service and quality. Because our flight was seriously delayed we couldn't be in time for the key. We were able to pick it up in a hotel nearby, well arranged. The spare bed was also already made by Annalisa. Very nice if you arrive at night at 1:30 am. The apartment I think is 30 steps from the beach. So great location. We came for the fair in the Fiera and from Viserba that is very easy to drive to. The apartment is very clean and you will find everything you need for your stay. A downside; there is almost no hot water in the kitchen and that makes washing dishes a bit difficult. Otherwise completely fine, we will come here again next year!

Lovely host and great apartment. The bathrooms are very modern with fantastic showers and the house is spacious. We only stayed one night for a short family beach holiday in Rimini.

Walter is a great host! He met us at the rail station in the midnight under a heavy rain and transfer us to his place. Very generous, thank you Walter. The apartment is in quiet building close to the beach. Walter gave us useful information about place to eat and to visit. One feels safe and comfortable having personal contact with such host. If you are going to Rimini, Walter is your man.

We stayed 2 nights in his apartment and we had a great time. Everything is very clean and tidy. All the information about check-in and parking was provided to us quickly and Nicola was always available even when I returned to retrieve some forgotten personal belongings. The apartment is nice and big. We were also able to make good use of the balcony after we received a table for it within a few minutes of our request. With its own beach section, it's really great to swim on site. We were totally happy.

Very quiet surroundings, not far from the city center and the beach. There are large supermarkets around. The host is very enthusiastic and told us that we just caught the local summer solstice festival. You can see the midnight fireworks by the window in the room. You can park for free opposite the house. It's quite safe. Everything is very convenient. The host is very nice. Thank you.

The location is enchanting: silence broken only by the sounds of nature, and a timeless atmosphere that invites slowness and serenity. Perfect for unwinding and regenerating. Highly recommended for those seeking authenticity, good food and a warm welcome.

We came back for the second year in a row because we had a great time and I must say that our expectations were not disappointed! The apartment is small, but offers everything, everything you need and is very clean. The gentlemen are kind, friendly and helpful. Their garden full of flowers is really nice and in the surroundings (150 square meters) there are a lot of services: bakery, takeaway pizzeria, a pharmacy, a small Conad, etc. super positive experience and we hope to return 😍
