What a great place to stay in Austin! Would recommend for any traveler. Comfy and modern, would book many times again.

We loved staying here! The location is perfect- so close to the city and all the places we wanted to go to. The place was clean and had all the amenities we wanted (even a pack and play for our child which was a bonus). Jeany was a lovely host and we would happily stay there again if we visit Austin again. Recommend!

Really great place. Very quiet and private on a really quiet road yet close to downtown and East Austin. Really enjoyed the location. Mike was a great host. Very responsive. I would highly recommend and will probably be back!

What an absolute gem of a place! I loved the artsy decor, and the little touches that made the place extra fun. Chair swing! Gorgeous tiled shower. And the lake/boardwalk just a 10 minute walk away made it perfect. I loved my stay and would return in a second!

I stayed for 2 months and the apartment was just perfect for what I needed. It is not an apartment to go work in, it is a home to come back to rest and warm your heart after walking, biking, playing volleyball and working in the cafes around downtown. You really feel like in a lux tree house. Amy and Nick were always willing to help and answer any questions. The place is silent, a healthy family environment. For an adventurous person, it is perfect🙏🏼🙏🏼.It is spacious and is a little bigger than what I expected from looking at the pictures. I will definitely be back. Also: kitchen perfectly equipped, cozy living room, comfy bed and pillows, and the lighting is so warm too. 🫀🫀.

This is the perfect spot to stay in Austin!! It was close enough to any of the things we wanted to do (not any traffic to get around!) but far enough away from the hustle and bustle that it was so relaxing (and no fights for parking which is a plus!!!) Everything was perfect in the house and we felt right at home! Spacious and cozy for when we just wanted to be lazy and hangout inside from the heat. Steph was super responsive and helpful!! Would 1,000% stay again if in the Austin area!

This is the second time I've stayed at this property because it serves my needs and is cuter and more comfortable than a hotel. Quick access to important freeways and great breakfast spots.

Vanessa has thought of every detail to make this a comfortable stay. She should teach a master class in hosting! The apartment is bright, airy, quiet and all the plants make it feel very homey. The bed is comfortable. The apartment is spotlessly clean and very welcoming. It is walking distance to shopping, groceries, and restaurants. Communication is friendly and proactive. This was our second stay with Vanessa and we will definitely be back.

Eric was a great host and had so many thoughtful touches to his home. Close to UT & downtown, with plenty of available parking options in front of the guest house. Would stay again in the future!

We loved staying at Allison and Steven’s guesthouse for a week! The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, and in a great location. The guest house was very comfortable, cute, and felt spacious. The backyard was lovely and we felt right at home. Allison and Steven were very friendly and welcoming. We’d love to come back next time we’re in ATX. Definitely recommend!

What a lovely little guest house! Joe's place was perfect for my brief visit to Austin. It was super clean, quiet, and walkable to some of my favorite spots south of downtown. I would absolutely stay here again, if he'd have me!

Johnah's place was perfect for our quick stay, had everything we needed. It was cool and quiet. Looked just like photo's and the bathroom was beautiful! I'd definitely stay here again.

Rita’s place is close to my Shady Hollow family… very convenient. I’ve stayed there a couple of times and it will always be my first choice for future stays.

I stayed at Esmeralda’s tiny home for 3 nights. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that Esmeralda had thought of everything. The space is beautifully designed with incredible attention to detail—cozy, impeccably clean, and filled with thoughtful touches that made me feel both pampered and cared for. She provided so many extras I didn’t expect: plush towels, quality toiletries, snacks, a well-stocked kitchen, and fridge w/creamer and waters, etc. . It felt like staying at a boutique retreat made just for me. Mornings were magical—waking up to the soft sounds of nearby sheep & roosters and sipping coffee with a peaceful view. At night, the quiet was absolute bliss. Esmeralda is also incredibly kind, generous, and communicative. She checked in just enough to make sure I had everything I needed but always gave me space to relax and enjoy. This tiny home radiates love and care. I had an ideal time here and left feeling recharged. I’ll be back!

Cristina's place was a perfect spot to stay in the Holly neighborhood! For me, the location could not be better. Walking distance to everything! Cafes, restaurants, taco stalls, bars, the trail...it's central to all of the best things in this area. And everything beyond is a short bike ride or Uber away. The place itself is spacious and comfortable! The full kitchen was especially nice to have. Finally, the hosts were all super communicative and made sure I had everything I needed for my stay. So nice to have attentive hosts! Would definitely recommend and will hopefully stay again!

We had an excellent time in Austin thanks to our host! The location was so nice and the AirBnB itself was easy to locate. They left instructions on how to use/locate everything so there was never any question as to the space itself. 10/10 would recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. The highlight being spending time in the beautiful lap pool. Our instructions to access the place were clear and we had everything we needed. There was a great place to get coffee and breakfast right around the corner and we walked to dinner and events in downtown Austin. I would absolutely recommend this place to other travelers.

We stayed for a couple days, host were very responsive, great great location, private, place was VERY spacious and no clutter, bathroom features were nice, quite neighborhood and felt safe, no issues finding street parking (and the spot in front of the house was always open during our 4 days). I thought the AC over the bed would be an issue since I'm a light sleeper and hate fans but if u adjust the oscillating ft it's not an issue at all! I will say the steps are steep (noted prior to booking) which may be an issue if u have bad knees or use the bathroom frequently, however the couch has a pull out bed I think and the place is roomy. Overall would stay again!

This stay hit all the marks. It’s in a great location with quick access to everything we wanted to do while also providing the peace and privacy you rarely get this close to Austin. We always felt welcomed coming/going by the hosts and hope to stay again in the future.

If you can get over the fact that the alley way where you park has some dumpsters, the location itself is awesome in terms of being less than a quarter of a block to one of the most attractive places we encountered in Austin for eating, walking nightlife etc. The apartment itself was very quiet, clean, well maintained and comfortable. The hosts were extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. One of the big highlights of our 40 day road trip, was being able to walk in 20 minutes down South Congress to the bridge at dusk to observe with many others when the million+ bats that live under the bridge took flight.

Very cute place! Great location, very close to everything in central Austin. The place was super cute and the bed was very comfortable!! The kitchen had everything k needed!
