Some of the best restaurants in the whole of LA are in the vicinity as well. comfortable gated parking for 3 cars and additional street parking-no permit needed. The house is one of two on a Cul-de-sac. House Located in the heart of sunset boulevard, close to many celebrity houses, you can hike down the hill to the center of sunset boulevard straight to the Andaz , Mondrian or the Standard Hotel.best restaurants are with close proximity but yet the house is completely secluded and privet. entire property is gated and there is no access from the street.

There are 22 ft ceilings and a wall of windows, so you always enjoy the gorgeous lake view from every angle as well as the decks. New, clean, modern furniture, beds and linens. Each room is beautifully designed and breathtaking. Pictures cannot do it justice. 5 King size beds, 1 queen, 2 bunks, 2 queen size pull out couches.
