Die Wohnung ist toll gelegen und hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht. In der Nähe befinden sich div. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bäckereien. In 10 Gehminuten ist man beim Palais des festives. Die Ausstattung hat alles was man sicv wünscht. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und sauber. Wir waren mit dem öV unterwegs, deshalb was die Lage nicht ganz perfekt für uns. Die Unterkunft ist aber in 35 Minuten zu Fuss vom Bahnhof erreichbar.

Tutto in ordine e ben organizzato con spiegazioni dettagliate per una gestione ottimale. Sicuramente ritorneremo.

l'appartamento di Corrado e Albertina è veramente una chicca, pulizia impeccabile e con tutti i comfort. Host gentilissimi e velocissimi nelle risposte, flessibili anche per l'orario di check-in. Vicinissimo alla stazione di Sampierdarena, facile da raggiungere. Assolutamente da consigliare!

Chiara’s place was lovely, quiet, and so close to the beach and the best restaurants around Camogli. What a lovely experience! She was very responsive, kind and I appreciate her responsiveness and flexibility. Will definitely return! Grazie mille, Chiara!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt bei Nadine. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral und man erreicht alles fußläufig. Wer trotzdem lieber Fahrrad fährt, kann direkt ums Eck ein LIME ausleihen. Die Unterkunft ist super sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Bei Fragen war Nadine jederzeit erreichbar. Wir sind sehr happy endlich eine zentrale Unterkunft in Nizza gefunden zu haben, die trotzdem total ruhig ist und werden sicherlich wiederkommen. 10/10 ! :)

When we arrived, Anne-Laure’s description of the place was exactly how beautiful it was painted out to be. When we arrived Anne-Laure had kindly gifted us some welcome treats which we enjoyed. The place is stunning with large windows which open onto the beautiful Pinterest streets of Villefrance. The area has great supermarkets and delicious restaurants, especially good if you enjoy seafood. Up the street was an amazing boulangerie where we got fresh baguettes and amazing focaccia. We were able to visit loads of cities within the South of France e.g. Menton, Antibes, Nice, Eze by access from the train which was a 5-10 min walk. The beach is amazing and is a 5 min walk from the Airbnb.

Federico und Gemma haben uns herzlich mit unserem Hund empfangen und waren über die ganze Zeit mit Tipps und Ratschlägen präsent. Sie haben uns sogar auf ein kommendes Unwettern aufmerksam gemacht und uns rechtzeitig die Garage für unseren Oldtimer bereitgestellt. Alles in allem sehr angenehm und alles entsprechend der Beschreibung. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Poggi. Die Wohnung ist super schön und die Kommunikation mit Barbara war schnell und unkompliziert. Alles Wichtige ist vorhanden und sauber ist die Wohnung auch :) Die Parkplatzsituation ist ein bißchen schwierig, das ist aber ein allgemeines "Problem" in der Region...

Séjour très agréable chez Riccardo, dans un lieu hors du commun, en plein centre de la vieille ville. Mes hôtes ont été très accueillant. Tout était parfait

Cindy est très réactive et attentionnée. Séjour très agréable , maison très spacieuse , extérieur très très bien aménagé pas de vis à vis et très très calme . Je recommande ce logement 👍

L’appartement de Laurent est hyper bien placé, un peu dans le haut de Cannes ce qui permet de retrouver un peu le calme après la folie du festival de Cannes. Les lits sont très confortables, et le petit balcon au soleil face a un petit jardin vraiment très chouette pour commencer la journée avec un petit café. Je garde bien ses coordonnées pour retrouver ce lieu pour le prochain festival Bravo et Merci

El apartamento es muy bonito, en una zona muy tranquila. Un apartamento con personalidad. Los anfitriones son muy amables y cuidan todos los detalles para que nos sintamos en casa. Lo recomiendo.

Nice big House. Big living room, big kitchen and a huge terrace with a nice valley/sea view. climbing crags of Finale are easy to reach by Car (20 min to max 35 min).

È già la terza volta che soggiorniamo a Novello nella casa di Terje e non sarà l'ultima! La casa è bella e accogliente, l'host è super proattivo e le persone che lo assistono in loco sono sempre presenti e disponibili. Novello è una località graziosissima e per fortuna un pochino meno toccata dal turismo di massa, il che la rende per fortuna più tranquilla, ma posti più noti come Barolo e La Morra sono vicinissimi e raggiungibili in pochi minuti. La cucina della casa di Terje è un vero gioiello e consente di poter cucinare a casa e godere della cultura enograstronomica fenomenale di questa regione anche senza dover necessariamente andare al ristorante. In quest'ultimo soggiorno abbiamo anche avuto una temperatura quasi estiva e abbiamo potuto dunque godere del patio esterno per i nostri pasti, con la bellissima vista sulle colline delle Langhe (e il profilo del Monviso in lontananza). Ormai qui ci sentiamo a casa e infatti abbiamo già prenotato per l'autunno. Grazie Terje e a presto!

Très joli appartement avec une belle vue. Attention, il faut absolument la voiture pour pouvoir en profiter. Très bien situé pour visiter Nice, Monaco et les alentours. Notre arrivée a été compliquée car la place de parking qui nous était réservée était déjà occupée par un voisin et qu’il n’y a pas vraiment d’autres places à proximité. Nous recommandons cet appartement qui est spacieux et chaleureux.

Petit appartement récemment rénové et très propre. Idéalement situé mais très calme pour autant. Après de nombreux essais dans d'autres appartements, le bon rapport qualité/Prix fait de cette adresse mon port d'attache lorsque nous venons à Sanremo.

The beach and promenade is wonderful with a few nice beach bars. We rented two e-bikes at Alfa Bikes for a few days. One day we took them on the train to Imperia and cycled back to Sanremo on the ‘pistacliclabile’ that has been made on the old railway track. It was really fantastic!

Alloggio perfetto. Posizione ottima a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, dal centro e dalla stazione, dotato di tutto e pulitissimo. Proprietaria disponibile per qualsiasi cosa, ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

L accueil de Lucian était parfait et la maison propre rangée et très bien équipé. Chaque détail était parfait des petits chaussons au parfumeur d’ambiance et la propreté du lieu ainsi que l équipements . Merci Lucian pour cet accueil votre disponibilité.

Clean and spacy appartement with big terrace. Bedrooms have no windows but climatisation compensate this. Very friendly host.

Ho soggiornato nell’appartamento un weekend con amiche. La casa è come descritta, fornita di tutto il necessario. Resta in una zona in disparte il giusto rispetto al lungo mare, per poter apprezzare il relax di una vacanza a pochi passi dal centro. Tutto è raggiungibile in soli dieci minuti senza spostare la macchina, che può essere lasciata nei numerosi parcheggi circostanti. Carolina è stata molto cordiale e ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni utili su cosa fare e dove mangiare
