Great location. Walk out the door to the beautiful azure blue sea. The coffee shop downstairs was very convenient with good food. The apartment matched the photos exactly. It was quiet and comfortable. Host met me upon arrival and walked me through everything. A good stay for the money.

Beautiful apartment with great views, very peaceful surroundings and a lovely pool area and private outdoor area. Yvan and Peter are very friendly and make great hosts. Quite a long drive up a very windy mountain road to get to the Airbnb but becomes a lot easier with practice and the Airbnb was easy to find with clear instructions on how to check in! Perfect location for day trips to all the towns on the Côte d’Azur!

It is a small but very nicely furnished room, exactly as described by the host. All services, such as AC, fridge, washing machine were functional. The bathroom is very modern and big enough. The sofa bed was a lot more comfortable than expected - we had no issues sleeping on it for four nights. There is an elevator in the building to reach the apartment in the 3rd floor. It was clean, calm at night, and very conveniently located. We would recommend this for a short stay.

Highly recommend this apartment. We stayed 4 nights in April with a baby and had a cot and high chair provided. Location is walking distance to many shops and restaurants, about 20 mins to the beach. The only minor negative was no automatic self check-in instructions so we had to message the host and wait for her response to enter.

I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our accommodations! This delightful apartment was the perfect size for us, well decorated and peaceful. It is convenient to just about anywhere you want to explore, but there is plenty to do even if you just stay in the beautiful local area. We loved the beach, the gorgeous rooftop pool, the array of restaurants, the natural attractions and the market across the street. Many thanks to Florian, a thoughtful, friendly and welcoming host who responded quickly to any questions we had. We are thrilled to have found this gem and are already looking forward to booking it again!

We could not have been more delighted with Isabelle's jewel box of an apartment in the heart of Old Nice! It included everything we could have wanted and more, from stylish and comfortable furniture and high-quality linens to an excellent shower, well-equipped kitchen (with washing machine!), good coffee, welcome bottle of rosé, abundant bottled water, and even beach towels, mats, and umbrellas! We appreciated the air conditioning and oscillating fan in the bedroom; despite the apartment being surrounded by neighborhood bustle, it was remarkably quiet and serene—we slept soundly! It was immediately clear when we booked that Isabelle was an experienced host. In addition to providing clear and detailed instructions and information about the apartment, she was so thoughtful in offering terrific suggestions to help us narrow the options from so many good nearby places to eat and drink. Our only regret is that we just stayed two nights, but it was simply perfect and we will be back!!!

The apartment is about a 17-minute walk from the city centre, making it a convenient yet peaceful location. It's close to a Carrefour supermarket, which is handy for groceries. The flat itself is clean, compact, and cozy - perfect for a comfortable stay. It’s well-equipped with everything you might need.

Céline est vraiment sympathique et aidante! Elle répond très rapidement et toujours disponible. Elle s’assure que tout est parfait et qu’il nous manque de rien. This place was incredibly convenient, located very close to the Cannes Lions venue. Whenever I had any issues, the host responded immediately, which was a huge help. The amenities and thoughtful touches—like slippers and other essentials—went far beyond any other Airbnb I’ve stayed at in Cannes. Truly exceptional hospitality.

Beautiful, spotlessly clean apartment that is centrally located and in the perfect location for my business trip with the office just across the street. Also, Jacopo was incredibly responsive, friendly & welcoming. The fresh & still warm focaccia from the bakery around the corner was delicious and much appreciated 😊. Will definitely be back for my next business trip in town.

We had a wonderful stay at Lucie’s apartment. It was extremely spacious, with lots of outdoor areas to relax and a large bedroom and bathroom. She was an excellent host who gave some wonderful recommendations of local things to do. The apartment was clean and well located - though I will say it is on a bit of a hill if you aren’t taking the bus! Overall, an excellent place to stay if you are in Genoa and looking for a relaxing home to stay in.

L’appartement est superbe, au calme, extrêmement bien placé au cœur des quartiers à voir. Le restaurant à proximité conseillé par notre hôte toujours très réactive comme toutes ses autres recommandations étaient parfaites. Notre séjour chez Alies à Dolcedo a été merveilleux ! Nous étions 2 adultes, 2 adolescents, un enfant. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le logement très propre, décoré avec soin et goût. La literie est très confortable (sur matelas, oreillers mouelleux, draps anciens en coton/lin). Le jardin est très agréable avec plusieurs propositions de la petite terrasse fraîche le matin pour boire notre café à la grande table sous la pergola avec vue sur le clocher du village. Dolcedo est un village magnifique et peu touristique, ce qui lui donne toute son authenticité. Nous avons pu profiter des lacs de montagne de Lechiorre et de la plage avec ses délicieuses Gelato à Porto Maurizio. Alies a été très accueillante et de bons conseils. Nous reviendrons !

I’m really glad that we chose to stay at Alessandro’s apartment. It was wonderful. Only a couple of years old. It’s so clean, roomy and comfortable. Very high ceilings. The air conditioning in the bedroom is great. There is a fan in the living area. More than adequate. It’s always a lovely temperature in the apartment. We decided to stay in Genoa as a base. One day we visited the historic areas of Genoa. The next we took a train to the Cinque Terre. The last day we did a half day boat trip to Positano. Such a fantastic trip! Thanks Alessandro for sharing your suggestions. Such a lovely host.

Nous avons reçu un acceuil chaleureux et très sympatique de Valérie et Pascal. Ils ont fait part de generosité et ont été de bons conseils ! Leur joli maison est très propre et bien equipée. Nous la recommandons à tous et y retournerons sans hesiter !

Het huis van Michael ligt boven op een berg met onbeschrijfelijk mooi uitzicht op heuvels en dal met overal wijngaarden. Waar heb je meer dan 180 graden uitzicht? Een heerlijk groot zwembad, omgeven door een prachtig aangelegde tuin op kleur en soort. Rondom het zwembad heerlijke ligstoelen en goede zonwering. Het huis zelf is deels een moderne uitbouw met groot terras met eettafel, aan een oude stenen boerderij. Twee slaapkamers, met eigen badkamer in een apart ‘poolhouse’. De keuken is compleet ingericht. We hebben er heerlijk gekookt en geBBQd. Fijne slaapkamers met eigen badkamer. Stevige matrassen… Alles met Airco. Hoewel Cossano Belbo vlakbij ligt, is even boodschappen doen wel even rally rijden. Veel privacy.

Nous avons passé 5 jours fabuleux chez Silvio. La suite est très confortable, raffinée et très calme. La vue sur la mer est époustouflante et le jardin extrêmement bien entretenu avec des arbres et des fleurs incroyables ! Le logement est à la fois en pleine nature avec la mer juste en contre bas pour nager et également tout près du centre ville à pied pour les restaurants, boutiques et activités. Mais, pour nous, la plus belle surprise a été la piscine. Nous n’avions jamais nagé dans une piscine aussi agréable et romantique. Nous avons apprécié toutes les petites attentions dans le logement très bien équipé et le garage intérieur pour notre voiture. Nous avons été très bien accueillis à la fois par messages et sur place par Silvio et sa maman Daniela. Merci à vous de partager cet endroit merveilleux !

Excellent rapport qualité prix. Pour un couple, ce studio est parfait, on a pu profiter de la terrasse pour prendre l'apéritif. L'accès à une machine à laver nous bien rendu service. Tout était parfait, aussi l'accueil que le logement. Merci

We had a very enjoyable stay. The house is very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It also has a terrace and garden with stupendous sea views. We particularly enjoyed dining alfresco every nIght of our stay. Jean-Marc is a very attentive and responsive host. The private road leading to the house is short (only 800 meters) but narrow, steep and sinuous. A bit breathtaking the first time but fine after that. There is a good supermarket with interior parking at the beginning of the private road to the house.

Eine tolle Unterkunft - super sauber - und gut gelegen, um mit dem Auto Monaco, Nizza, Beaulieu-sur-Mer und Menton zu entdecken 😊 Wir waren zu dritt dort mit unserem Sohn 18 Monate, es hat alles gepasst 😊 Und Judith ist eine liebe und so zuvorkommende Gastgeberin! Sie kam super vorbereitet zu uns und hat auch alles übersetzt in unsere Sprache, ganz lieben Dank für den gesamten Aufenthalt Judith!

Un tranquillo angolo di paradiso lontano dalla frenesia della città. Posto incantevole immerso nel verde. Per raggiungere la location seguendo il navigatore è meglio passare da Canelli e non da Cassinasco. La casa è in ottime condizioni e corrisponde alla descrizione e alle foto, la struttura è rustica, affascinante e molto accogliente, ottima soluzione per un gruppo di amici, ampi spazi interni ed esterni, area piscina, campo da calcio e un bellissimo spazio esterno per cenare all'aperto. I padroni di casa sono molto cordiali, facilmente raggiungibili e sempre pronti a dare consigli sulla zona, Elena poi è stata molto gentile e disponibile durante tutto il nostro soggiorno. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico e non vediamo l'ora di tornarci!

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Xavier villa set in the valley surrounding the village of St Paul de Vence . The Villa has stunning peaceful views , to enjoy all the lush trees and greenery in front of us . The big hit for us was the terrace and pool which allowed wonderful sunshine all day and then at night idyllic sunsets to enjoy cocktails and dinner . Our first night we noticed a few fire flies in the tree from the terrace which made the place even more enchanting. The villa its self is very clean ,modern and super practical everything we needed for a comfortable stay . We really enjoyed using the downstairs open plan kitchen with great facilities , everything was tidy and orderly . It felt very private, peaceful and relaxing yet there was plenty opportunity to go to the nearby villages . We were so happy when we got to the villa because we had a lovely welcome from Xavier and this is a great villa to find in a very chic area . We loved our stay !
