Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

"An excellent place for all to simply relax and enjoy the location and surrounding area. Visit some truly spectacular places, there are plenty of walks right on the doorstep including a path to the Grand Etang, this lake is one of the largest and most beautiful bodies of water in the department. Easy access to Nontron, famous for knife manufacture and the cities of Angouleme, Perigueux and Limoges are all equidistant with the latter being the closest airport at around an hours drive.

Charming house of 90m2 in the center of Augignac. Ideally located 9km from Nontron, 4km from Piegut and 3km from the Grand Étang de St Estèphe. You will feel at home in this house that I tried to make with taste . A resident will be with you during your stay, Buddy a cute little cat that I brought back from one of my trips. You can return your car to the courtyard or leave it on the street that is quiet.
