Holz und natürliche Materialien geben der Wohnung einen besonderen Charme.Die Ferienwohnung Schwalbennestverfügt auf 65 m² im ersten Stock des sanierten Seitengebäudes der Buschmühle über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbet (einzeln möglich), ein Schlafzimmer mit Einzelbetten (zusammen möglich) und einen Wohnbereich mit integrierter Küche und einem kleinen Bad mit Dusche/WC. Die Küche ist mit einem Ceranfeld, Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Toaster und Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet.Für unsere Gäste steht ein WLAN kostenfrei zur Verfügung. The villa "Rochlitz" in Rochlitz is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones. The 125 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), heating as well as a TV. Please note that there are stairs to and inside the property. Your private outdoor area includes a garden and a barbecue.

The highlights of the apartment are a spacious living room with a double bed under the roof (access via a ladder) and an open kitchen-living room. Bed linen and towels as well as basic equipment (toilet paper, dishes and spices) are available. The cozy barbecue area, including charcoal, can be used for cozy hours. We will take care of cleaning the grill. Please note that if you book an overnight stay (1 day) we will add an additional €10 to the total price.
