We had an amazing stay! The home was perfect for a coastal getaway—walkable to the beach and just a quick 4-minute drive to town. The backyard was a dream for our two pups, and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Everything was super comfortable, and we truly felt at home. We absolutely loved our time here and would love to come back again!

Was a pleasant stay, my first in an Airbnb. Manzanita crew was responsive to my questions and friendly in communications both via messages and on the phone. Check-in, amenities, and location were as described in the listing. View was awesome and the weather was cooperative enough to let us enjoy a nice lunch watching the ocean waves!

We enjoyed our stay and really like the location. It felt very private with a short walk to the beautiful empty beach! Spent a lot of time on back porch enjoying the afternoon sun! Kitchen was well stocked and we liked the big sun room for relaxing after a long hike. Would definitely stay here again!

We had such a great stay! The location was perfect for us; away from busy downtown but still only a short walk to great restaurants and parks. Having both river and ocean access so close kept the kids busy and entertained. There was a kite for us at check in which we all loved flying on the beach. We plan to return and can’t wait!

Great location and the perfect beach house! The kitchen was well equipped—it felt just like cooking at home. The house was cozy and had plenty of space for everyone. The kids especially loved the bunk room upstairs—it felt like their own little oasis/kids’ club! Charlotte and Caleb were excellent hosts—thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

This place was awesome, especially traveling with children. Not only is the location perfect (so close to my fave coffee and brunch spot plus walking distance to haystack rock), but it had everything we needed and great design. Traveling with kids is hard but the included baby gates, pac n play, dishes for children, toys, etc just made this trip so much easier. Even with all that kid stuff, the house is beautiful and calm and cozy. We all loved it.

If you are wondering to book or not…. BOOK IT! We stayed in unit 1 and the view was spectacular!!!! The location and beach feels surreal like it’s out of a postcard. Place was very clean and the host was so helpful when I needed to reach her. HIGHLY recommend!!

Unbeatable location in Oceanside with unbelievable views! We loved being able to walk straight down to the beach, next door for a delicious meal, or around the adorable town. Close to Tillamook for groceries and the Tillamook factory experience. The condo was clean, organized, and host communication was proactive and helpful. Would undoubtedly stay again!

We loved staying at Jamie’s place. It was beautiful, clean, and best of all in such a beautiful, peaceful location. Additionally, there were so many things that Jamie had thought of to provide to make our stay easier, especially with a kiddo. It was also a huge plus being able to quickly walk to the beach and having a grocery store next door. Our favorite part was sitting out on the deck at night listening to the ocean. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a great little place to stay! We loved the easy beach view and access and electric car charging. The walls and ceilings/floors are pretty thin, so we did hear our neighbors, but that wasn't a bad trade-off for the things we did like. The place was spotless and comfy and had everything we needed for a great little getaway!

This unit was wonderful! The views out the windows were incredible- sometimes picture can be skewed or from a certain angle to get an "ocean view." It was not this case with this condo- the huge picture windows look right out onto the beach and ocean below. Truly breathtaking. The community deck and stairs to the beach were so convenient and we loved relaxing up there in the evenings. Would definitely stay here again!

This unit was so comfortable for our little family! From the beginning, the host was willing to accommodate an early check in due to our circumstances and while we knew it wasn’t a guarantee, it ended up working out so nicely. The housekeeping pro’s turned the place over in record time leaving the unit spotless and ready for us without any issues. The unit itself is updated with all the amenities you’d need for staying in and cooking and lounging around if the weather isn’t nice enough for a beach visit. The staircase down to the beach is so convenient and it’s easy to see why the place is always booked! We would definitely return and stay again!!

The view was astonishing and it was nice to have the semi-private walkout to the beach.
