If you want to be in the city center or at the exhibition center quickly, then this is the place. The granny apartment is located in the middle of beautiful Reichelsdorf (S-Bahn [suburban train] stop within walking distance, then in 10 minutes in the city center). If you travel by car, there is a private XXL parking space available. The hostess lives in the same house and is very happy to provide her listed apartment. This is modernly decorated and offers a high level of living comfort.

Our host is in the center of the old town. With us you sleep under the golden roofs of Schwabach. The apartment offers a homely and cozy atmosphere on approx. 90 square meters. The rooms are equipped with real wood parquet, generous lighting and style. A full kitchen is available. Loading and unloading in front of the property is possible. Underground parking 1 euro per hour (first hour free), daily flat rate 8 euros. Restaurant directly below the apartment (Wed-Sat open from 5 pm)

The property is located in a beautiful and green environment in an apartment building. Four to five people can comfortably enjoy all the advantages of the Nuremberg metropolitan region. Convenient location, quiet residential area, 50 m to the bus stop, 10 min to the S-Bahn stop on foot. Exhibition centre/city centre can be reached in less than 20 minutes by car or public transport. Right next door: butcher/inn, bakery, pizzeria, bank, pharmacy, Aldi, stationery/lottery.

In the middle of Schwabach in the historic town house

The listed townhouse from the early 16th century. century was and is still lovingly restored. Particular emphasis was placed on ecological building materials (wooden floor, lime plaster, clay plaster in the bathroom), so that the accommodation is very suitable for people who want to sleep healthily. Just a stone's throw away is the beautiful historic city center of Schwabach with many cafes, restaurants and shops. A cinema is only about 300 meters away.

The quiet, bright, newly renovated 3-room apartment (75 m²) with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet is located in the idyllic village of Loch. Nearby there are leisure activities such as the "Playmobil Fun Park" 4 km away and the "Kristall Palm Beach" leisure pool 3 km away. There is also an S-Bahn connection to Nuremberg about 2 km away. By car, you can reach 30 minutes to downtown Nuremberg or to the Nuremberg Exhibition Center.

The lovingly furnished, newly designed and very well-equipped apartment is located in a building, that is separated from the main house. You live in a very quiet location on the southern outskirt of Nuremberg. By public transport (bus / subway) you can get to the main railway station in 25 minutes without any stress. The bus stop is only a few minutes walk away. The easiest way to reach the Nuremberg exhibition center is by car in only 20 minutes.

No matter if you surch a lovely exhibition-apartment or want to explore the historical Nürnberg – in the 1900 build and today historic listed building “Stadtvilla Radlmaier“ you will feal for sure comfortable. Therefore will not only the soundproof windwows, the warm central heating, the excellent Wi-Fi connection and the wooden parquet floor care. Also the uncomplicated and safe parking on the privat parking place increase the livingcomfort.

The room is suitable for four people plus a toddler. In the living/sleeping area there is a large double bed and a pull-out sofa bed for two people. A travel cot for a toddler can be provided on request. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with shower. The terrace, which leads to the apartment, is inviting for relaxation. Numerous bike paths and the Franconian lake district are very close.

Quiet studio, 10 minutes to the center (U1)

A former attic in a charming old building was converted into a studio with attention to detail in 2016. There is hardly anything in it that can be bought like this. A small roof exit overlooks the rooftops of Nuremberg. In the cozy and unique room you feel right at home and can enjoy the tranquility. Centrally located yet very quiet, the center of Nuremberg can be reached in 10 minutes by U-Bahn [subway].
