In the middle of it all, in an idyllic secluded location on the slope of the mountains, is the Hochgruberhof with its own cheese dairy. The "Unterlehenhof N" holiday flat is located in a traditional mountain farm in Zell am Ziller and offers direct access to the ski slopes. The 50 m² accommodation consists of a well-equipped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher & dining area, 2 bedrooms (the 2nd bedroom is located outside the flat across the hallway) and a bathroom, thus offering space for 5 people. The amenities also include high-speed WiFi and satellite TV. A baby cot is available on request.

Due to the excellent location of Rohrberg, vacation guests can choose between numerous leisure activities depending on the season: from mountain hiking to skiing to climbing adventures in the high ropes course.
