At approx. 95 sqm sqm, the apartment offers you enough space for up to 8 people . You will have direct access to your own garden. There you are spoiled for choice - if you prefer to read a good book in the shade, romp with the children in the garden or just enjoy the day under the garden pavilion. Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
